The Sactional ultimately wasn't the right fit for us, but I just can't say enough nice things about the quality and the service. The pieces are well designed and exceptionally high quality. Michelle and the team at the Old Orchard store provided the best customer service I've experienced.

Nice store! They have very comfortable furniture. Don't be put off with the shipment of your items. I purchased the big sac with a corduroy cover. It comes shipped flat and you have to fluff up the foam yourself and stuff the sac furniture piece. It's high density foam so it'll last you a very long time.
