This is a great little store for products I've really come to appreciate over the years. The store sets and assortment and availability of products here is superb, and the associates are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and wanting to help you find the best products for your application. They also offer gift sets which are great presents or a way to sample a variety of products in smaller sizes.

Amazing skin care products from the south of France. You will get hooked on their Shea hand cream and body lotion. The scents are fabulous and the cost is reasonable.

This spot isn't really a great addition for the brand - small store, not well stocked, and at least when I went in they had really rude staff. An older lady working there tried to give the appearance of helping us but she really seemed to not want us in her store, making some sort of guesses about us when we went in. I never encountered that in the Lincoln Park location, where one might expect it, or the Block 37 location. A second person on the staff tried to be helpful but there wasn't much to choose from and the sales lead made enough of an impression so we left. If you want their products and you can make it downtown I HIGHLY recommend the Block 37 location. The Block 37 location has nice staff year after year and it always feels like they have tons in stock despite being about the same size if not smaller than the Old Orchard one. A little bit of welcoming energy goes a long way especially around holiday shopping.
