Ive been to this specific location 2 times and have gotten 10/10 service. Both times i was helped when i had no idea what i wanted i walked away with multiple items to add to my closet. So i was caught off guard when i went in today and saw an employee locking the door then as she sees me she quickly hides behind a rack of clothes not knowing that i could see her other coworker in the background folding jeans. Extremely distasteful. I would still shop at Levis knowing levi jeans could be found next door at macys for a more economical price EXCLUSIVELY because of the previous experiences. NEVER again.

I just wanted to give a quick shout out to the store manager Katrina. Unfortunately my wallet was recently stolen and after the man who stole my wallet racked up thousands of dollars worth of charges at the nearby Bloomingdale’s, he attempted to use my card at the Levi’s store. Thankfully, it was declined. When I called the store to notify them of the event, Katrina was extremely responsive And was able to save security footage to assist with the police report. I really appreciated her her kindness and compassion after the stress of dealing with my wallet being stolen.

It is a small store but it is very well stocked, they have always specials and the customer service is very helpful, they are respectful and ready for questions, that was a plus from this crew
