“I had the best customer service assistance from Zyia and Jake in pick up. I was running late because of an accident and was not going to make it in time before the store closed. I called to ask if it was still possible to come to pick up because I rented a uhaul and Zyia said it was fine. Jake had our pallet ready and loaded it within minutes. These two gentlemen deserve a raise! I will always use Floor & Decor for all my flooring needs after today. Thank you Zyia and Jake you guys are angels!”

“I called to get an estimate, Scott came out to measure within aof couple days. In a few hours after he come to measure we had an estimate emailed. The price was very reasonable, I was able to Zelle a deposit. In no time they had an installer come to install a beautiful custom shower door! Very professional, clean and nice people to work with. “I went in for the first time to buy some baking supplies. While waiting to be checking out, Deb finishes with a customer at the register so I started to step forward as I was next and she just walked away, no acknowledgment at all and stood at the register that was on the other side. Eventually Barbara took care of me and was wonderful by making conversation. Deb decided to come back check out the next customer that was behind me and I felt like her avoiding to ring me up was on purpose and discriminatory since I was the only person of color in the store at the time. I hope Deb wasn’t being discriminatory towards me but I would say she needs a serious re training of basic customer service.”

“Love the premise. In practice, not as effective as I would like.Mighty Nest purports to send you one item a month to help you change over to something more environmentally conscious. Unfortunately, in reality, the items they have are mostly junk that clutters your counters, cabinets, drawers, or what have you. Anything more useful ends up not available for your "surprise" item. You can choose the item you can receive, but those choices are vary limited, repetitive, and anything good ends up with an added premium price, usually exorbitant.What makes it worth 4 stars is the added available items that you can shop for. For example, I can get Mrs. Murphy's products that are hard to get and more expensive elsewhere, like limited, seasonal scents in bar soaps and dishwashing liquids, at good prices for far longer that at other sites. Might Nest does offer a few products I haven't seen elsewhere. they also allow you to add your preferred products as a subscription at no additional postage to your monthly package.One more benefit: you can change your shipping date at any time. Just remember to do this if you need to or if you don't care for the items on your list of choices.So, if you choose to sign up, just be aware of the caveats and check in regularly.”
