The customer agent answered the phone then when I asked for a quote he just hung up on me and I tried calling back and no one answered.
This location is poorly managed.

Been there TWICE in 2 weeks for tire changes, and they take great care of my car. I do not get the feeling they might try to scam anybody.
I noticed that most of the negative reviews are by self-entitled people who always complain wherever they go, and they act like they are the CEO of life.
Nobody needs to out up with the self-entitled people.
THANKS JUST TIRES....YOU ROCK !!!

I went to this shop to ask them about any services and they said to do alignment and rotation and they did it and they give me the car back. Now the car is shaking and I went back again they told me I need to change the tires. I loss my money and waste my time too

Honestly pretty let down with this place after this most recent experience. Spent a grand total of 5 hours waiting for my front brakes to be replaced. And they explained to me that they got the wrong set by accident at the part store and had to go back. Which seemed understandable. Til I left and saw the person that had mentioned they got the wrong part prior. Get into what looked like a friends car to leave for the day. But then we saw them arrive at the AutoZone 5 blocks down and thought. Is this the part store? This is why it took 5 hours? To drive six blocks and back twice? Also seems pretty unprofessional to have a guy and his friend just run out for parts for hours at a time. I'm going to have to find another more professional just tires store to use in the future it seems. Cause that was honestly a joke of an experience.
