I found this office to be very overpriced, they made a large mistake on my taxes and they were transparent at all with pricing. I did my taxes with someone at this office (via the site and without visiting) last year and they gave me an estimate of $225 after I filled out the initial questionnair. They completed my taxes, I paid $225 and then they released my documents to review. I noticed they had missed my child tax credit of $5,000. I informed them a second time that I had a child even though I had already made it clear that I had a child, and they then charged me another $120. In total I paid $325 for a very simple tax situation.
