“I have had an excellent experience working with Maria Pifke to design my guest bedroom.She had great ideas and pick out everything I needed- draperies , ottoman ,fabrics ,rug, wall arts-and I love everything what she did.Maria is a great designer and she also is very nice, friendly , patient.I got a lot of compliments from my friends , how nice the bedroom looks like.It was a real pleasure working with Maria!”

“There was definitely a need for some restocking as it definitely had a "picked over" vibe with many areas and shelves empty/sparse.
Still found a nice sheet set. Just not sure if the prices are what they used to be...I bought the queen sheet set for $35...that seems on par with online pricing and not a super deal like Homegoods used to be.”
“I was helped a month back by an associate names Alexis, I finally remembered to add in this review.The store was short staffed to no fault of the few employees this day working to keep everything together.She was working the register and the dressing rooms were closed at the moment as another associate was on break, so they didnt have anyone to keep an eye on the area.She did myself and a few other customers a solid and got the dressing rooms opened for us to try our items after speedily helping the other customers at the line waiting.Myself and the other customers waiting understood she had a priority to the register first and waited patiently, and we were able to get what we needed as the other associate came back from break to keep everything stable with her.The district manager should work to help hire more associates, or work out a better schedule for atleast another two sets of hands on deck.For what these two ladies had to handle they did a solid job, I know what the short handed life is like as a previous retail associate.Customers tend to forget that human beings are the reason they get to shop here and not soul less robots.A1 Service!”
“I loved their basic/white China wares, it’s such a simple and timeless settings. Everything is arranged nicely with helpful staffs. It’s a bit pricey for nice basic wares. YMMV.”

“What a great store! Seriously!! Yesterday my husband and I went in yesterday to pick a gift. But ended up buying way more thanks to the help from Roxanne. She was so sweet and patient not with me but with my kids! Was able to help us find exactly what I wanted and my vision. So thankful for her. Then we had a few more questions and that assist manager was so sweet and kind. She was so encouraging and supportive of her staff. When we complimented Roxanne she was so appreciative of it looked to her employee and said "Yes, truly amazing". Overall just such a great shopping experience. Will be back!”

“I had the best customer service assistance from Zyia and Jake in pick up. I was running late because of an accident and was not going to make it in time before the store closed. I called to ask if it was still possible to come to pick up because I rented a uhaul and Zyia said it was fine. Jake had our pallet ready and loaded it within minutes. These two gentlemen deserve a raise! I will always use Floor & Decor for all my flooring needs after today. Thank you Zyia and Jake you guys are angels!”
