I have been going here for years, but since new management took over the place went down the hillLadies who work there are amazing they get 5 stars, but management is terrible, molies are old, you can separation in bottles, completely ruin my nails, salon needs major renovation. I am sorry to say, but I don’t think I will be coming back

They are ok. Their work is not bad. It's just the environment. The nail tech are not welcoming. The hair stylist/eyebrow tech are so so. If you are a person of color everyone just stares at you as if you're an alien. They don't greet you either. It can make you uncomfortable.

For the first time, I went to this Salon to get the highlights . The person who did my highlights charged me a lot and she didn't do good job on my hair. I had to go back to her again the next day to fix my highlights . The second time I went to her she burned my hair .Also , by force she wanted to style my hair so she can take a picture and during the styling she pulled my hair so much , she didn't even apologized for that. Not going back again.

I’ve been coming here semi-regularly for more than a year. I love they way they do my nails, their no-chips last forever! BUT the last few months I have been having the WORST time trying to get an appointment. Every time I try to get in they’re booked out for weeks! I was on-top of it this time and booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a vacation mani/pedi and they cancelled on me 3 days prior! I’m so frustrated, I don’t think I’ll be going back, not that I can get in anyways.Services: Manicures

I had gone to get my eyebrows done and the girl did an amazing job. However, the AC was clearly not working and the temperature in the store was absolutely unbearable. I had thought this was just a recent issue, but I clearly remember coming here in the winter and experiencing issues with the heat as well.

I had the worst experience today getting my eyebrows done with a mask on and no AC in the salon. It was 95 degrees and the owner didn't seem to care to get the AC fixed.

I have been going to salon for really long time and I really like the service and the people who works there, however the owner of the business should think about their employees and the customers and get the AC fix . It is very hot to not have the AC working . I noticed the same around winter time when the heat was not working either for a while.

I used to like coming to the salon to get my eyebrows done. This last experience was not the best. Online it says that they close at seven. I arrived at 5:50, they Rest to do my eyebrows in two minutes, waxed my eyebrows and I never get them wax because it irritates my skin, she didn’t even ask me. My eyebrows are not cleaned up. I have still in the middle, sides and they were not trimmed at all. Completely messy and rushed. I will not be coming back and will be going elsewhere from now on.
