Worst customer service ever, you have to wait for at least 2 hours for both pickup and drop off. And here the service is completely horrible, they never treat Uber drivers like customers. What a rude manager, don’t even wanna talk about her (Kendra).

Went to the location multiple times for a reservation for Uber vehicle. Every time I went I literally did a 8hour shift. UNACCEPTABLE when I already had reservations. Literally just picked up a car yesterday & not even 24hr passed & the vehicle need an oil change. Also never pick up the phone. B.S. bus always want there money on time

The service here is absolutely HORRIBLE UNHELPFUL, RUDE, and completely dismissive!!!
It’s shocking that Hertz can ignore so many terrible reviews and still continue offering such poor service. Does management even read these reviews? Does anyone in charge actually care about the experience they’re providing? The number of negative reviews is piling up, yet nothing changes. This is not just frustrating, it's a complete failure in customer care and safety. I hope someone in management finally wakes up and takes these complaints seriously because this level of service is unacceptable.

I should have read the other reviews before booking at this location. The single star reviews are accurate. Reservations don’t mean anything here. I waited three hours to find out there were no cars available. In those three hours I only saw one other person actually leave with a car.

The manager Kendra is rude and incompetent. The other people who work there are nice but this big back person is a piece of work. Never ever going here again!! Hertz really needs to get it together

Worst car rental experience of my life. Over 3 hours of waiting. And I had an appointment. They don't have a phone, and don't honor appointments. When you arrive you will scan a qr code and be put into a queue. It's first come first serve so if you're coming here arrive before the doors open. Otherwise get ready for the longest wait of your life. I have seen faster queues at the hospital. Do not come here

Terrible customer service. I had to wait for more than 3 hours to get my car. After all the wait, I was told that the car didn't have enough charge and I had to find a nearby place to charge it. After a few hours, I realized that they hadn't even uploaded the insurance and inspection documents and was told that I couldn't use the car for rides.
