This place is run just like big business except they pretend to be a charity to get stuff for free. Lots of layers of management at the corporate level, making big salaries. They raise prices sky high and price out the poor Sell a lot of damage products, to unknowing people. Sell a of products in bulk to reseller, not too poor needy people. If you want to help people keep your donations, just sell it on Facebook market place to people in need. And donate the cash to another charity.

Remember when goodwill was actually affordable? What a joke. They can keep their overpriced junk.

Great selection of games! I've bought a dozen or so games from this location - most were $2-3. The box was damaged on one, but otherwise they have all been complete and in reasonably good shape.

Used to be my favorite thrift store...not anymore because they've raised prices astronomically. Last year I was able to get a decent used winter parka for under $10 and now (Jan., 2023) they go for $24.99, $34.99. even $39.99! Decent used shoes average $10-15. Women's long sleeve tops and sweaters that were once $4.99 are now $7.99, $8.99, $9.99. God forbid if it's a designer label. Considering this Goodwill is stocked to the rafters with clothes and other merchandise, it doesn't do them any good to discourage people from buying. I walked out without several things I would have bought if they'd been tagged with thrift store prices.

I am reviewing the drop-off service only. I'm glad this location is close, so I can make regular drop-offs of my clothing, shoes, housewares, etc. I used to keep bags of donations but this way, I can make many stops throughout the year, people can make use of my stuff, and Goodwill can employ people. There is a driveway in the back of the store off Linder, staff wheels out a cart, and takes it away. They always ask if you want a tax form for your donation. I thought I came at a slow time -- I don't think there is a slow time -- lots of cars at 10am.

Staff is nice, drop off is easy. Store is disorganized and chaotic, hardly anything with buying in the whole store.

What the heck happened to Goodwill? You do realize that this is a discount store and your items were donated right. I found at least 20 items that were more expensive then buying new on Ebay or Amazon.

I used to pick up clothing here pre-pandemic, but on my most recent trip, the pricing on the men's clothing was delusional for second hand clothing. I can buy new at the pricing things were labeled.

This goodwill used to be great! It’s fine for basics but don’t expect to find any hidden treasures. It’s full of fast fashion and cheap Walmart/target/kohls brands. I used to love their furniture selection but they stopped carrying it in 2020. Their home goods section is decent, but again it’s all cheap stuff from discount stores. If you ever think stopping in here is worth your time, it’s not. I’ve been here a number of times over the last few month and I’ve left empty handed every single time. Goodwill for the love of god do better!
