We recently retired in USA and moved to Puttaparthi, AP. India on a TR and had extra household items shipped there. Vineet Ranjan of Gandhi shipping gave a very good quote for the shipping cost that included door to door pick up and delivery and the estimated time at 8 weeks (+ or -) He also clearly explained that in the unlikely event of any customs duties that we would be responsible. We went ahead with Gandhi shipping and shortly thereafter Mumbai's clearing agent contracted by Gandhi Shipping, Mr. Gajendra Shetty Owner of Akanksha Shipping notified us that he would be personally handling our shipment and would take care of all clearance issues. 9 weeks from the original shipping date Gajendra Shetty sent me a nominal fee due to Customs as processing fee with no other duties or charges. 3 days later the shipment arrived at our residence all perfectly fine and intact. Our whole experience was absolutely perfect and stress free.

One liner feedback - they all are liars, cheaters and don't support at all. Believe me I really mean it.
Never ever go with them, they will suck you once your items are under their control.

Dealing with this shipping company was an absolute disaster. The staff were not just rude; they were arrogant and dismissive, treating me as if my concerns were beneath them. Communication was nonexistent—I spent months trying to get any updates, only to be met with silence or vague responses. They clearly have no sense of responsibility whatsoever.
To make matters worse, they lost my belongings and couldn't care less about it. Their incompetence cost me valuable and irreplaceable items, and they showed no remorse or intention to make things right. On top of this, they had the audacity to overcharge me for their abysmal service.
What really takes the cake is their deceitful practice of padding their ratings with fake 5-star reviews, likely written by family members to lure unsuspecting customers. This company is a total scam, operating with zero integrity. Avoid them like the plague. They will rob you blind and leave you with nothing but frustration and regret. This was, hands down, the worst and most infuriating experience I've ever had with a shipping company.

Do you want to spend the same amount as air freight (~300$ a box), and NOT get your cargo at all ? Do you want to spend your time doing the most unproductive work of calling agents of Gandhi shipping for 200 days ? How about a delivery that we claim happens in 3 months, but delivery doesn't happen 6 months later ? Then Congratulations, you found the best service !!! At Gandhi Shipping, where we say "we can ship with 120$ per box", but then after we capture your goods, we pretty much loot you in the name of generic hidden charges, like : "Container handling charges","Warehouse charges" which are MORE! than the shippment charges. After paying these, you may think....that they would hurry up the shippment..but hey who do you think you are dealing with..."GANDHI SHIPPING" has no such concept. Because even after paying $ equivalent to air freight.... you end up getting nothing. Jokes apart, if anyone wants to pursue legal option, please contact me, I am in the process of filing a legal suite. The more number of people I get the better the case.

By far the worst company I’ve come across in any category. I would give this a 0 star. No one answers the customer care for days. Only time they are active is when they need bills cleared. I shipped my TV in Jan 2023 and still yet to be delivered. Owners of this company clearly don’t know how to treat a customer or do the business. PLEASE DONT USE THIS SERVICE. It is worst than a scam.

Troubled us so much after the shipment.. wanted to extract money at every point ... back in India they have some really nasty staff!!

shipped my items in Nov 2022. Items arrived in Bombay port in Jan 2023. Then after a very long wait they finally sent me huge customs bill with extra warehouse charges stating "we will ship items soon after your payment. which I paid" its end of Jun and I still have no update from them when I will receive the parcel!!!! I will update this post with a YouTube video showing all the communications so far. It has been a very bad experience so far!.
