I went in today to look for a lolla outfit because I had nothing to wear! Alex beyond helped me out! She styled me from head to toe!! I had no idea what vibe I was even going for and she found me an the coolest outfit!! She is the BEST!!!

ZERO customer service. Walked in, sales associate looked at me and turned her head back to what she was doing. No greeting no acknowledgment. Don’t shop where you’re not treated with decency.

Free People sells Bohemian / Boho Chic and contemparary clothing, much of which is made in India. They also sell belts, accessories and jewelry that looks handmade and also has a slightly hippy/boho/coastal vibe to it.This store is nice and quaint, feels like a boutique style store, and the people who work here have great customer service.If you are a man and have a girl who likes the boho style, you should take her here to shop.This Free People is located in Old Orchard Mall.

I am always amazed by the excellent customer service at free people. I have come into the store many times with issues with my online orders (their online service isn't so great) and they have always found a way to get things sorted out for me.

My fave F.P to shop at! The selection of clothing is pretty good and not to mention the girls that work here are ALWAYS so polite and helpful. By far the friendliest staff compared to other F.P locations! ?

First of all, I am reviewing Free People in general. All of these stores are small and totally disorganized. They don't ever seem to carry what is online. However, ordering anything from Free People online is a huge gamble. You may or may not ever receive your order and their customer service is horrible. Last summer, I ordered a dress. I was notified it had shipped and I was given a delivery estimate. That day came and went. I wrote multiple times to customer service and was told I need to wait 10 days. Well, why? The delivery service they use is the absolute worst in the business - UDS. They routinely lose things. That is exactly what happened to my dress order. Not only did it never come, but the tracking even said it was lost but Free People still refused to refund or help me. So, I put a stop payment on my credit card. That got their to attention! They then froze my Free People account. I reported to the BBB and they unfroze my account. I never released payment because why should they have my money for something that never came? Now, several months later, I have placed an order for a pair of pants. Same story! FP says it's shipped and the delivery estimate was two days ago. The UDS tracking says they don't even have it. Customer service is telling me I have to wait until 3/21 before they can help me. Why?? Why should I have to wait another 10 days with no order and no money back? They have cute stuff but the customer service is zero. They don't care at all about their customers.

The young females working were extremely polite and serviceable, but this location compared to the West Loop and Water Tower location is small and offers very little in merchandise. That is why I gave them four stars, plus it is hard to find in Old Orchard, U blink once U will find yourselves missing Free People here at this particular mall.

Kaniya was EXCELLENT today! I’m a 55 year old black male that walked in the store to get an accent piece for my wife. I couldn’t remember the name of the item that I bought online but she went way beyond what I felt was good customer service and hit great customer service after we actually found the item online she then walked through the store with me until I found something I wanted!!! I was in a good mood because I like getting stuff for my wife, but I was in a great mood when I left Free People. Thanks Kaniya!!

I would suggest that the store updates the closing hours online. I went to the store today at 7:20 pm with the expectation that they are closing at 8pm per the website hours. The store was closed and the store hours didn't match with the website.

The staff have very bad energy stuck up and nasty , made me realize people that shop here pay to be cool and they actually aren’t cool at all!! Maybe I’ll come back when they come out with a garbage bag line .
