You book an schedule and go on scheduled time the doctor is not available and they tell you comme by calling and when you call them they ask you to book an appointment such worst and careless people never recommend

I was confused choosing frames that fit by lenses and face and here comes Amra to the rescue! She was very patient and explanatory on everything. She made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment.

I had a great experience with Amra and the other young lady whose name unfortunately I don’t know. They helped me to choose two pairs of glasses that fit my face well. I picked up my glasses today and couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you ladies. I’m a very satisfied customer.

My wife & I love this location because we always get a great service from Ramsha & Krystal and now they have a couple more assistants Amra & Hema, they are very friendly and helpful. We always have an excellent experience coming here. Thank you ladies !!

We were not informed that the "Dr." would examine from a remote location until we arrived and had preliminary tests. They will reply to this review that the on line scheduling provides this info but we made our appointments by phone. They had the opportunity then to let us know but chose not to. Also, I declined one of the tests which is my right as a patient and consumer. The Mgr. slammed her hand on the desk and said " you HAVE to take that test!". Nope, I don't. She got out her phone and tried to make an appointment at the Evanston location. We drove 300 miles for 2 appointments and still she was so rude and yelled to us that we should have known their policies. Never again
