I had the best customer service assistance from Zyia and Jake in pick up. I was running late because of an accident and was not going to make it in time before the store closed. I called to ask if it was still possible to come to pick up because I rented a uhaul and Zyia said it was fine. Jake had our pallet ready and loaded it within minutes. These two gentlemen deserve a raise! I will always use Floor & Decor for all my flooring needs after today. Thank you Zyia and Jake you guys are angels!

This location is amazing. Steve is my go to person at this location. He has helped me and my entire team with multiple projects to suggesting specific LVP flooring to assisting with wood work and wood flooring. He has helped me match hardware with flooring and backsplash. I Steve L is always on point and happy to assist. If he doesn't have an answer, he will take you to someone who does. This is why I rather come to F&D rather than the other place down the block. Much Love and more power to Steven L.

My wife Mariela and I recently went shopping here and your sales associate Kevin helped us tremendously. He spent a lot of time with us discussing our options. Walked us through different departments explaining the differences in materials. Associates like Kevin are what bring store loyalty, we will be back soon.
