Stay Away especially if you are the seller. For anybody real estate broker and remodeling under the same roof should be a red flag - kind of conflict of interest for the sellers. Story is simple - house listed for sale, house is not shown to anybody but one offer that they are trying to work me on. House one week on the market and I am being pushed to take 160K below listing price with all the brain damage how the buyer wants to move fast..... well eventually price is up by
