Wonderful experience. Magdalena Gasienica helped my mom out immensely where two other personal bankers at other branches failed. Magdalena went above and beyond call of duty to ensure that the issue was resolved in a prompt and timely manner. She even followed up with a phone call to confirm everything was resolved. Thank you Magdalena!

The level of incompetence at 5/3 is such that it must be a job requirement for all employees to leave 3/5 of their brains at home when they come for work. It took me 24 hours to get an appointment to open a CD back in June, with unbelievable run around on the phone, and numerous calls going to the black hole in the Kremlin. In November I got a letter saying the type of CD I had was no longer being offered and I needed to go to a branch in person. It took another day to get an appointment for this. A week later I have gotten a phone call saying that there is another form that needs to be signed which they forgot to give me.How is this place functioning? They should not be allowed to rub two sticks together.

I would give zero stars but it’s not a choice Yesterday wanted to open a money market account with a good amount of money. We were acknowledged when entered and were sitting patiently. My husband went to use the bathroom which was posted as not a public bathroom but we were there as customers. When he retuned and the manager yelled at him across the lobby about him using the restroom. We have never had such bad customer service. We returned our funds to our original bank and invested the money.

Awful customer service redusal to give any money rude employees. Karol was unfriendly from the start short tempered and unhelpful, didn't even give me a chance to get my check back so I could go cash it at the issuers bank. And Cecelia did not listen to a word I said and tried to cash my paycheck into a business account. This entire experience makes me regret banking with 5/3 at all

Customer service is unbelievably bad... My last bank took one visit to set up my accounts. This one took several--I don't understand why it's so difficult to set up a couple of accounts. Then, the banker I was working with didn't bother to respond to voicemails or emails.This banker said he would get me checks for the two accounts, but I only got checks for one--and I found they had closed that account.I went back to reopen the account they closed, and the manager couldn't find the account that was still open in their system. She was rude.Plus, when you open an account they give you a check for 53 cents. If you cash it within a few days, you get 53 cents, but if you wait too long, they sock you with a big service fee. SMH.I thought banks were pretty much the same, but clearly they are not. This place is a disaster.

The ATM at this bank ate my debit card. Went to the desk for assistance. They stated that they have known since yesterday that it has been eating debit cards. I understand that things break, but once you are aware of it you should take steps to protect your customers. Even a simple "out of order" sign. The teller told me it is not their problem since a third party services it and told me I would have to wait a week for the service guy to come retrieve the cards. Keep in mind this atm is a drive through atm attached to the other drive through lanes at this bank.I called the 800 number and they were a lot more helpful. They are overnighting me a new card. They also told me that the teller at the bank should have provided me with a temporary card, along with all the other ways he could have helped me.I can do almost all banking online, so branch locations are all about customer service to me. It is way too easy to switch banks now adays, and that is what I will do instead of dealing with them again.

The Worst Experience, be careful staff makes careless mistakes with your money. Always 1 teller and countless people walking around doing nothing trying to be important. Since Khuram left this bank went upside down. I now normally visit the Oakton branch.
