It's ridiculous that you go to pick up a package because you can't schedule a delivery time, you present your ID but they don't deliver it to you because the address is different from the ID but your name and photo appear, that seems crazy to me.

Customer service is beyond exceptional. I only use this store for all my business needs. I’ve also learned that the rate charged here is much lower than other stores. Also very personable and they’ll take their time to make sure you’re happy.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful. They get things done quickly are always willing to go the extra mile in little ways whenever I need things printed for my small business.
Online stores might be more convenient, but you really can’t beat the human element in customer service.

I’ve been to many FedEx locations over the years, but this one stands out as the absolute best. The staff here are consistently professional, efficient, and always go the extra mile to help. Every time I visit, I’m treated with such friendliness and respect - it truly makes a difference. Whether I’m shipping packages or printing materials for my small business, I know I can count on this location to get everything done right. Highly recommend this FedEx for anyone in the area!

I’ve been using this FedEx office location for years. They always do great work! The posters are always done perfectly and way earlier than I was expecting. There have been many time when they have gone above and beyond to finish my project quickly. This is by far the best FedEx Office location. Trust this location to get it done the right way and one time!! Big fans!!

Everything was normal and great, except the fact that I have been staying far far away from CeraVe lotion grease -- the slippery slimy silicone grease that other ppl leave behind, found on random places that ppl touch. While using the machines and the permanent markers here, I got a handful of CeraVe slippery grease on me and this silicone contaminated my phone, papers, car keys, car interior, etc. It is not FedEx fault, but the makers of CeraVe lotions should stop putting disgusting silicone into their lotions. The recycled paper copies also have a slight slippery grease feel to it as well. Latestpaper products are slightly contaminated with silicone grease because

I needed to do a complicated two-sided print job for an important family event. I got terrific service from Ruben, who patiently walked me through the process of getting my file uploaded and aligning the pages correctly. The quality of the result was excellent.
