Driver has not used intercom system to drop off packages. Left a note with my intercom number this time but still no contact. Seems to be a rampant issue from this location

Terrible customer service, with no absolute assistance by the agents at the desks. Missed delivery of my packages two times while I was at home waiting for them the whole day. They didn’t ring any bells to alert me of any delivery even if I was waiting desperately for them at the house. I had also purposely called them after the first failed delivery attempt to call at my number and ring the door bell. But those instructions were not followed and I was left once again with no packages on the second attempt. Out of desperation came to the shipment center myself in person to receive packages by uber but was told blatantly that I cannot receive them because my address on my ID doesn’t match the shipping address as it is my parents’ house. Terrible customer service even after the whole error was made by fedex for not properly delivering to our address. My dad works all day and cannot come during the store opening hours but was told that he needs to be physically present for them to give me my packages. I have all the tracking no, order receipts, texts from fedex that those are my packages and yet they need to have my dad’s physical presence that match the address. Even after numerous requests, there was no action on their behalf and I was rejected for receiving my packages. Truly frustrating situation.

This location is so hit or miss but most recently - huge miss. I’ve been going through IVF and need to have medications sent to me. I requested signature because these medications are very expensive. The first time, I happened to be outside when they came and that delivery went smoothly. The second time, they left the package outside without my signature - I was home. The third time, the most recent, I was home in my small apartment, checking periodically because they don’t update the tracking appropriately. I checked at 11:53 am and there it was - a note saying attempted delivery. I was inside my apartment laser focused on listening for the doorbell. It never rang. I called customer service for a redeliver. No confirmation came. So, in my panic, I requested it to be left at a location nearby that evening for pick up. Checked with customer service again and I was left with the impression it would be. The evening came, I called customer service again - and to my deepest frustration was told it wouldn’t be here until the following day now and would be there at 8 am. This is a package of medications that need to be refrigerated. This morning I check - guess what is not dropped off at the FedEx location nearby - still? You got it - my package.This is the worst experience I have ever had with FedEx. I will be out $30,000 because of the drivers negligence to ring my doorbell and the customer service’s inability to communicate correctly with me and instead give me the go around. I have never been so irate.Use any other delivery service but them - especially this location.

The fact that these locations don't have their own number is wild to me. Driver came before the the location was even open for business. Called for service and was told there's no way to reach the driver. My next quesiton was what happens if there's an issue and you need to get a hold of your driver. 'the problem resolution team will contact them' cool what's the number for the problem resolution team? 'They don't accept calls' So tell me, HOW and WHO should anyone contact when these locations are too afraid to deal with customers.

Don’t ever order something through FedEx if this location is within your range. They refuse to deliver a package and leave it in the lobby and buzz the other buttons to get in. I’m not at home from 9-5 like most people.. but they refuse to drop off your package. I’m going to find out who is my carrier and leave a scathing review if it is not delivered by tomorrow. I had to take the day off of work and stay home in order to receive my medication. I had my mom — who lives in Skokie go there and pick up my package. I called ahead and asked them if it would be ok for her to pick up the package if she just provided her last name. I had to ask them 3 times to make a note on the delivery that she was coming in to pick it up. I specifically asked the representative if she needed yo provide additional information & she told me no. My mom went all the way there and they wouldn’t allow her to pick it up because she lives somewhere else and has a different address. When I called this location the lady at the front desk laughed at me and told me that it’s up the carrier and what he would like to do.THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND INVESTIGATED BY CORPORATE AND THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU.

It’s been 3 days now of “attempted deliveries.” I called customer service and they were unable to help. I signed for the package already, left delivery instructions to leave at front door or call because our buzzer doesn’t work. I was home all day the last two days waiting. I even wrote on the door “please leave package at front door.” I don’t have a car and now I have to pick up my package after 7pm but they close at 830pm so I have an hour and a half to pay for a Lyft to and from or figure out public transportation. This is unacceptable and this company as a whole just needs to close its doors.

Same boat as others - lazy drivers. I buzzed them into my building - then they never came to my door and never left a delivery attempt slip. Make customers waste time to go pick up packages

They absolutely suck big time! This is the 2nd time when my package is supposed to get delivered TWO or THREE days before the actual delivery date! I still have not received my package as of today. I wish I can complain and find a manager or something. This is unacceptable!!! :(
