  If you have a package waiting to be delivered from this location, forget about it. This is my 3rd time dealing with them and every time they left the delivery attempt notice on my mailbox despite leaving the instructions to knock on my door. Terrible experience. The customer service representatives on the phone are rude and offer no solution. I’ve never dealt with bad customer service my entire life until FedEx

  This review is specifically for Daniel’s customer service. I had some issues getting my package delivered to my door and then had issues with a person I spoke to on the phone. I drove into the office to pick up my package and Daniel was very helpful, respectful and understanding. I was able to pick up my package right then with no delay and am very pleased with that interaction. Thank you, Daniel.

  The staff at the branch in Chicago where I delivered it was very rude. Even though I didn't expect any help from them, they did everything to make it difficult for me. And even though I did not ask for a signed delivery, it was sent as a signed return shipment. We were very late in receiving the product and this caused serious financial damage.

  I pulled up to my apartment at the same time the driver did, pretty lucky. My hands were full with luggage as I had just come back from vacation. I told him “Let me set my stuff down upstairs and I’ll be right back to sign for the package.” He hadn’t even gotten the package out of the truck yet, and he understood what I said because he verbally said “Okay”. I wasn’t gone more than a minute. When I came downstairs, the driver was gone and had left a door tag on my front door. Door tag read “an attempt was made to deliver your package”. Salt in the wound. If I had carried out a task with a similar amount of effort that this driver displayed at my job, I’d be fired.
  
  The driver had come from this shipping center. Retrain your employees or hire someone better. Because what the hell was that?

  Driver never attempted to call for a signature required delivery. I specifically made myself available for this and all they did was leave a note with zero information.

  Show up to Fed Ex and theyre not open when they say they are. When they notice me outside the women come to the front to finally open up with an attitude. I pull out my return shipping label and she immediatley denied me saying the image is too light.. I open the label and say are you serious? And shes like ok yeah that will work. I ask her why would you not think that the paper needs to be open? She continues to give attitude saying I have to pay $20 dollars to ship it back when its already been purchased to return. I ask for a manager cause im sick of the attitude and she told me Marianne Mock is too busy to speak too. This womans name is Elizbieta Rosa. She tried changing her tone when she realized I was escalating but that was just to save her self. I will be calling in as well to make a complaint and further escalate. You work for us. If you hate or dont want to do your job. go to Mcdonalds.

  If I could give absolutely zero stars, I would. This FedEx center is useless. Their drivers fake delivery all the time. They will mark that someone was unavailable at home, and they are done for the day and collect their check for not doing their job. It's been several times that this happened, and it happened again today. When you call them, they will take your complaint and do absolutely nothing about it. Absolutely not a reliable shipping company. I have no idea why they still exist.

  FedEx and FedEx Chicago is the worst delivery option. Period. I loathe when a package is sent via this place and I have no other option.
