They didn't accept my package because it was too bigYou're fedex on-site, you don't have that choice!!For reference it was a box big enough to fit a baby fight chair taken apart.Thank Gd there was a real fedex store 4 mins away otherwise I would have forced them to take it.

Truly the most incompetent office for shipping. Not only the location is totally wrong. The three locations in skokie are totally wrong. When you try to connect with somebody from customer service, nobody answers and they cannot connect you to either one of the departments on the menu

I had a package sent to New Jersey however the package never got delivered saying there was nothing in the box. Someone stole my jewelry that was in the package. I don’t know if it was a FedEx employee from this location…
