Failed my emissions because a bracket was not secure and Noah and his associates were quick to fix it and helped me get a passed emissions without costing much. Very honest and professional!

I needed to get our old minivan ready for an unexpected trip. I made an appointment online to fix issues that the Toyota dealership mentioned to me. When I got there, the team focused on the issues that were most pressing, physically showed me the issues my van was having, and worked with me to decide what we should tackle first. They even fixed a belt squeal issue that had been happening for three years. Bottom line is I can trust these folks and I’ll be bringing my van back to continue the service plan we started.

I had a great experience with Factory Muffler. They repaired my wheel bearing on my 2009 Ford Fusion. Great job, fair price. Car was repaired the same day.
Office personnel was great too!
I will have my friend go there from now on too.
This place knows what they are doing! What a pleasure to have it done right the first time!

Got a quote for a simple muffler repair. Instead they tired to charge me the same price as the dealership and change out my whole exhaust system ! For 2k got my Muffler fixed for $50 at Mufflers for less. They try and over charge u stay away ! Always get different quotes from other shops first ‼️

Took my truck here to get a new exhaust pipe and muffler and wow what a huge difference . They did a great job and even painting it black . Looks great . Sounds great . And the customer service was great . I highly recommend !

I was given a quote of 1731.00 to repair my car . When I picked it up I was charged 1421.00. I’m 76 years old and I have never been charged less than the original quote for a car repair. I will definitely be back to Noah and his crew for any future car repairs

I love this mechanic shop! It's very rare and hard to find decent, honest mechanics. This shop is reasonable and the owner is very nice.
