I came to return an item, it was after 30 days window. They refused to process a return, didn't give me a store credit or didn't exchange an item for a bigger size. Very frustrating.

Shout out to Harun and Jalal, after a long day of shopping for suits for a wedding coming up, I stumbled upon this Express and saw a couple of suits and gave it a go. When I couldn’t find my size, I asked Harun if he could find my size in the back. As Jalal was finishing up with a customer, he came up to me to ask if I needed help looking for anything. As Harun came back with me sized suit, I tried it on and it fit perfectly. They kindly asked if I wanted to look at any other items for my important event, and helped me find a button up shirt, dress shoes and a tie to match my outfit. Thank you to Harun and Jalal for making this stressful day a lot easier for me. Thank you for the amazing customer service. I wish the best for these 2 gentlemen.

I’d like to give a personal thank you to Jalul (Jalal?) not quite sure how to spell his name but he is who who helped me at this Express location today.
I spent about 30 minutes trying on an array of items looking for a specific look. Jalul was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he has great energy and made the whole process enjoyable.
He’s the perfect example of the ideal employee you want leading your store and attending to customers. I got what I was looking for and it was fun with his help.
To whomever manages these reviews, the GM of this location, franchise owner or corporate: I hope you acknowledge Jalul, his customer service, and his commitment to doing his job the right way. The man deserves a raise cause you don’t wanna lose a guy like that.

After having a horrible experience at the Lincolnwood Express location, I came here for help. Lupe was so kind and patient and knew all the answers. She had me in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes with an online return. I will 100% be doing all my in-person Express shopping at the Old Orchard location from now on. I would avoid the Lincolnwood location - on top of inadequate associates, it is not kept clean or organized.

I bought a suit for a wedding here and Kim basically held my hand the entire time. She was so helpful in picking shirts to match and making sure everything was the right fit. She answered all my questions and even told me what color shoes and belt to wear. Couldn't have done it without you, Kim! Thanks for everything!

Decided on a random, clear skies, Friday Morning that my jeans needed replacing. Thought of checking out what the Old Orchard Mall had for me at a reasonablePrice. Checked a few stores, Zara, Macys, and Gap but the employees were incredibly uninterested and looked like they want to be there. Ended up checking out this store I’ve never been to before called “Express”, was greeted by a charming ‘Welcome in’ by a young man named Umer, he asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. He then directed me to men’s section where he and this other young fellow named Jalal thourally helped me out and gave their two cents on the jeans they had in Stock. Jalal even offered to check the back rooms for the rather large size that I am. Whilst he was gone, Umer was doing an amazing job informing me about the Insider Program and how I could get 20% off of my purchase. Long story short. I walked away with 2 amazing pairs of jeans and was e static about my purchase. I’m forever grateful for these two young men. Thank you Jalal and Umer. Will be back again!

Just wanted a cheap pair of jeans. Clearance was all mixed together, mens & women's. No sense of urgency with the staff.
