Cruz and his crew were amazing!I had a couple of large pieces that would go up the stairs easily. My couch was hoisted over the balcony thru the sliding doors. To get a large heavy armoire, the rail on the stairs were removed to make it wider. I highly recommend Elite movers

ELITE Moving and Storage stands up to its name!
I had a complex move—requiring the use of both short term and long term storage services, while our new home was being built. In addition to using ST and LT storage, I shipped items to a family member who lived about 15 minutes from our new location. Items were delivered to and retrieved from my family member’s home.
The moving team was extremely professional—taking precautions and great care so as not to nick, damage or scratch floors, bannisters, stairways, doorways, etc…. The captain of the move team, Alejandro, was both professional, and patient, as the team worked diligently to move furniture and about 250+ boxes into our new home.
I have moved several times throughout my career, including overseas twice. I can honestly say, ‘hands down’ that ELITE Moving and Storage is the best moving company I’ve ever used. If I could give them 10 Stars instead of 5 stars—I would. The owners of this company set the tone and the culture. Ira and Joe have been outstanding and took great care in doing whatever was necessary to plan the move with all of its complexity—to minimize my stress.

We could not have been happier with Elite and the amazing work of Cruz and his team. Thinking back on our three day move, my wife and I cannot think of one thing we wish they had done differently. The team packed our ENTIRE house in about four hours, loaded two trucks (including items that were no on our estimate) and unloaded and reassembled furniture efficiently and with care. Everything was expertly packed and wrapped and arrived safely without issue. They were flexible, friendly and no matter the ask, were able to get it done. Plus the final bill came in under the estimate. From our first call with Francis to set up the quote and move to the time the trucks pulled away, the professionalism, care and ease of working with Elite blew us away. We are grateful that they got us through our move.

Russel and his crew were amazing! Polite, respectful, strong, and efficient. Despite a late start due to someone blocking the alley to the loading dock, they finished ahead of schedule. Every piece of artwork and furniture was wrapped securely and made it safely to the new location. Enjoyed watching the team work like a well oiled machine. Great communication and support for one another. Russell was particularly effective as a team leader and should be complimented for his top level service. Thank you.
