High quality clothing that lasts a long time. They have great coats/jackets and hiking pants. Eddie Bauer has good sales and promotions. Staff at Old Orchard store are very friendly and helpful.

I used to love shopping at Eddie Bauer, but I feel their quality and return policies aren’t as good as they used to be.Regardless, this Old Orchard store is so big and full of everything we could use for our adventures, they have a large shoes department and the sales people seems to know their stuff.

My wife and I went into the Old Orchard store today. We had the pleasure of meeting Heidi- friendly, accomodating, she made us feel really welcome. We will be back!
