When I went to this dry cleaner I knew it was THE dry cleaner. The employees were just as respectful as I needed and got my hoodie not just clean but also fixed my zipper and they did it fast. I would recommend this to everybody who needs a dry cleaner.

Not only was the staff phenomenal, but their services were perfect to meet my needs. They did some alterations for me that I had wanted for a long time, and the final result was EXACTLY what k was looking for. This place is absolutely fantastic. I had to switch from my long term dry cleaners as they were causing more problems than good. I'm so glad I found this place, their turnaround time is very good and they've yet to let me down. They're a little pricier than I'm used to but they are worth every single penny. My shirts and suits have never come back cleaner and not to mention the fabric felt great and wasn't stiff. I'll never have to worry about my shirts or suits getting destroyed because of chemicals again. Staff is very friendly, you will not regret using them.

While the workers at this location are very kind, I think that the owner ought to post their prices. This was one of the most expensive dry cleaning spots that I have ever utilized, and I nearly fell over when my bill was $158 at pick up. Comforter cleaning cost half the cost of a new comforter. For sure I would not recommend this location at all.

I dropped off some clothes early in the morning and received confirmation both verbally and on the receipt that they would be ready the next day by 5pm. I explained that I was headed out of town and was specifically looking for a cleaner that could do next-day cleaning. The next afternoon I received a text saying that they would need an extra day. I called and explained my situation again, asking why they could not commit to the original pick up time. They simply said there was nothing they could do and gave me no explanation. Completely unprofessional, I won’t be returning and I would recommend others to steer clear if you need reliable dry cleaning service.

They texted me the day of pick-up to tell me they would need an extra day. I needed the clothes ready for a trip, and now I won't have them. Gave no explanation. Steer clear and try one of the more reliable cleaners down the street.

My first and only experience. I took in an expensive jacket to be dry cleaned, Percy could not be used on this, only hydrocarbon. When I picked it up, the armpits were still wrinkled and it still had a perspiration smell. In addition, the color looked off. NEVER, NEVER again will I use them. The cashier said odors cant be removed with dry cleaning. Really? Why would I take it in? The suit armpits are wrinkled and smell of perspiration. That's why I took it in.

Again if i could give this place a zero I would. Bottom line: I came into your establishment based on your invitation to review your high definition baloney and you legitimately blew me off. Your "manager" told me that she had made a mistake and their was no video. When I insisted she contact you, she passed me the phone and I got your voicemail. Thanks for returning my call! Mind you, this was the second time I came in to resolve this problem and my third phone call to you. Also, I did not write this review 2 months after coming in and finding out you lost my belt, I wrote this review just a short while after this mess. Lying again. And how dare you, you responded to my review how many months after??? Pathetic. You are accusing me of when you are guilty of poor customer service and terrible customer relations. You lost my belt and did not take responsibility for it because you are a shady business owner! I removed the coat at your place in order to get it dry cleaned! I made a last minute decision to add the coat to my order and removed the coat at your front desk! The belt was around my waist. The belt loops are so small, the belt could not even fall out of the coat. Your people removed the belt during cleaning. Also, the belt is the same black material as the coat, how stupid do you have to be to lose it? It matches the coat. Maybe your "HD video" could not differentiate the difference between the belt and the coat. You cannot invite a customer in to resolve a problem and blow them off and then not return their phone call. You did not leave me numerous messages and I dare you to pull your phone records and prove it because you are lying through your teeth! Shame on you! Guilt is on you bud, but keep acting as though you did everything you could to make the situation right. Stay away from this dry cleaner.

This place is awesome!! They are always friendly, and do an amazing job! They have been always been able to take out any stain I bring them. I also really like that they use more organic cleaning supplies and not the harsh chemicals that other places use. You can even bring the hangers from your dry cleaners and they will reuse or recycle them!! As an added perk they have a Keurig machine so you can help yourself to some coffee. And they give you stamps on a points card to use towards your later payments.

They ruined my white clothes, I took all my clothes for work, before they clean all my shirts were crispy white, when I picked up my clothes and took them home then I realized that all my white shirts are no longer white they are off-white I was pretty upset!!! I told them about it but they didn't do anything about it I'm never going there again.
