It is so nice not to have to wait a long time to get your prescription. Great customer service.

The staff here is wildly unhelpful and rude. They will talk over you if you try to ask them a question and will argue with you if you try to ask them to wait for their turn to speak. Additionally, their pharmacy staff is also incredibly disappointing and lacks even the smallest amount of patience. I would strongly recommend against going to this store, as they do not and will not care about your health or take you seriously.

Just ok. Selection of items is fair, but often a lot out of stock. They still show up as a Citibank location, but now have a bitcoin machine instead.

This store is dirty, unorganized and many shells are empty. The new manager has run this store into the ground. The new manager is rude to customers and employees. His behavior this has trickled over to his employees. When the old manager ( I believe her name was Sibi) the store was clean, employees were friendly and the store was well stocked. It looks like a place that is going out of business.

They were sent a prescription at 10:30am. I got a text saying they received it. Waited for it to be filled. Heard nothing. Called at 2. On the phone for 40 minutes and they hing up on me. My dad drove there and they said it was in back order and has been fir months. If thats the case they should have let me know before 3. Then they had the gall to give my dad a number to have the prescription sent to another pharmacy-uh not my job. They need to pay me a pharmacist salary to do THEIR job. Meanwhile my 6 year old triplets are crying in pain and I can not help them. The pharmacy need to be taught how to do their jobs and not pass it on to the parents of sick children. This is a wasted day and unacceptable behavior.

This pharmacy is a tragedy waiting to happen. After they closed two nearby CVS's and consolidated all those customers and prescriptions to this store, there is always a long line and they are way behind filling prescriptions. The inconvenient part: all of the notifications and auto-refills I had set up at my old CVS instantly disappeared when they moved our scripts to this store. So now we're constantly calling in scripts because they don't get auto-filled. And I've asked several times to have these set up, it just never happens. The dangerous part: It took me three visits over as many days to get my wife's blood pressure medicine. On my third visit, the customer behind me wanted to know when he would get his insulin. It still wasn't ready. He had asked for a refill four days earlier, and had run out of insulin the day before. The kicker? As I was leaving I heard the pharmacy tech tell him to go to the ER to get his insulin. So basically they're now sending people to wait for hours and pay ER co-pays because they can't adequately staff their own pharmacy.

My dr sent in a prescription 11am on a Sunday. A text said it would be ready 3:20pm. It was marked in process until it was filled Tuesday late morning then marked on hold. Due to lack of car I was finally able to get there Thursday morning. The guy looked it up, said give us 10 min. I asked if it said a reason why it was on hold, he said no. No further explanation. The reason this went on so long is they no longer answer the phone to find out why it cant be picked up. A similar thing happened in April til my dr was furious. While I was waiting, the ringing phone kept announcing "pharmacy call". No one ever answered. That explains being on hold forever. I even called the now closed pharmacy in April to find out the prescription status as they answered. They installed a self checkout and no one is ever by the front registers anymore. I really dread having to change back to Walgreens for prescriptions but this place has gone downhill especially the pharmacy.

I tried 3 attempts to put in a subscription and a total of 44 minutes no one answers the phone , at a time of an emergency prescription. Than when they do answer they're calls they got an attitude so I advice you folks don't even stress your self like I did calling this location.

The CVS on Main Street in Skokie has a new manager and has really gone down hill. When the girl was there it was clean, organized and well stocked. Not so much any more. The new manger also doesn’t really seem to care about answering customer service questions. Good way to loose customers
