Zero stars. This company billed Medicare for services that were not possible. They charged my father in law for covid tests on the day he died in hospice. It was impossible. They had nothing to do with the facility he was in. This place has been notified to Medicare for fraud and Medicare will follow up with them. Do not use this facility.

I was in a pinch and my Mom needed a negative COVID test for her cardiac procedure. I was able to get her tested in the morning and had my results in the evening the same day. Thanks Crystal Lab.

Excellent Service, clean and professional. Wasn't feeling well and needed Covid test done. Crystal Labworks came through and provided a PCR and rapid test on short notice.

I wanted to make sure after the cruise to the Caribbean that I was Covid free. Went to this location, got in and out in really quickly and got my results in 24hrs. Would use this company again

This place was great and had good customer service. I had an emergency travel and did my test here and got my pcr test within 24 hrs. I recommend this lab to everyone.

I went to the Lincoln Park location recently to get a covid test done. I was in and out within 10 mins and my results were in the email inbox the next day.

Hands down, the best experience I have had throughout this entire pandemic. I went there for a rapid test, (RT-PCR) and was in and out! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The test was quick but also done thoroughly. Another important factor for me is cleanliness and I was very impressed. The social distancing guidelines were all in order and the staff followed all the proper CDC guidelines.In the past I have been very uncomfortable at other facilities, so I'm really relieved I now have a much better option now. I am pleased to say that Crystal Labworks exceeded all my expectations. Crystal lab works is top quality and I will definitely be returning when I need to get any testing done next time I'm in Chicago!
