If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I went to this store to alter two bridesmaid dresses a week before the date I needed them. We brought the exact shoes we wanted and told her how much we wanted to be cut from the bottom, and were told it would be ready by Friday morning. She calls me and my cousin on Thursday telling us not to worry the dresses will be done by tomorrow. I wasn’t worried but at that point, I started to because why would she say that the day before it should be done? Friday comes and I get no call from her and I’m trying to call her, all day, and she keeps sending my calls to voice mail. After calling her from a different number, she finally picks up and tells us to come at night. One of the dresses was barely cut and even with higher heels, I was tripping over it all night. In the other dress, she had cut the back way more than the front. The back was more than 3 inches off the floor and the front was very long dragging on the floor, when it should have had a tail. We then called her and told her she messed up our dresses and she proceeded to tell us we were lying and she didn’t do anything wrong. After expressing my frustration, she started texting me non-professional things saying she knew my family and saying something bad will happen to our family. She said she would tell people about us for saying she messed up our dresses to the community. I asked to get my fabric back to try to fix my dress and she refused saying that I couldn’t fix her work and hung up on my face. She then texted me about 15 messages saying all kinds of unprofessional things about our “manners” when I told her I was done with her business. Worst customer service and alterations I have ever experienced.

This business ruined a maid of honors dress the day before the wedding. Eva did everything backwards where she made the back short by cutting off 5 inches and the front long as if it looked like it wasn’t even touched. I didn’t think that was possible to do. Then she refused doing anything wrong when clearly everything she did was wrong. She didn’t listen to what the customer asked for and messed up what was supposed to be good memories. After venting my frustration to Eva she proceeded to say that she wasn’t in the wrong and that something bad would happen to my family. I REALLY don’t recommend this business please stay far away.

I needed outfit tailored for a wedding. I took it to Jee's and she accommodated me within a weeks time. She not only got it done within my time line. She did a beautiful job. Eva is a true professional. It was not an easy job. But you can not even tell it was altered. It looks like it was always meant to be.
I highly recommend Jee's. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again.

They ruined my pants. They use a machine that can damage the garment. Look at the pictures. They tried to fix their bad work and made the garment even worse. The pricing was very expensive and cash in advance. I tried to support a local business. They do not press the garment before they give it back to you. Other customers complained of the very sloppy work while I was there. There are other 1 star reviews. The dishonest owner claims that the damaged pants are not her work. The invoice shows otherwise. When she asked me how much the pants cost I responded they are part of a $ 400.00 suit. Clearly she knows what she did is wrong. Why else ask me the value of the garment. The last picture shows how she burnt the inside of the garment when she tried to fix her poor workmanship. The evidence is overwhelming as several pictures of the bad pants show the floor of her shop. The dishonest Eva can try to explain that.

Eva is truly the BEST! She did a magical job on a very special formal gown. She made the dress stunning!! I highly recommend her. She is the most professional seamstress you will ever find and is amazing with formal gowns and dresses. And she is very kind!!

It is absolutely the worst I have experienced. if I could give a negative star, I would give negative scores. First, they did not do what they charged me to do. Of what they did, my 95 old grandma can do a much better job than so called "professional " of them.. Poor attitude. poor service. Not them again in my lifetime. Absolutely the worst of all categories.Services: Coat & jacket alterations

Not even one star! I asked to fix my winter coat on October 11th. supposed to pick it up 3 weeks later because she go away. So I accept it and I went there to pick up my coat, it was not ready. She said it will be ready next. And weeks later she called me "we could not do it for you go somewhere and we will money back! She did not start work. Even she did not say to me " sorry". If you want to waste your time, go try. She is neither kind nor polite to her guests. I want to say she is crazy. I saw what she said. I am not drinking person. And I tried picking it up in the morning at 11:00. And I'm student go to school afternoon. She was crazy all lying on their review. Don't be fooled by them. And they just opened it and nobody was there. I just say " I will post on Yelp what you did," she said " whatever you want" and she never says " sorry". I believe that they will no longer do business.
