“I wish they were back to 24/7 and when they had competitive gas prices. I used to drive out of the way to come here for the cheaper gas, but now they're the same as everywhere else. They still have the $4 car wash that includes free vacuuming, and the vacuums are incredibly strong (too strong, honestly).”

“Lot of options, staff is friendly, clean store and bathrooms. They have hot sandwiches usually and roller grill items, plus Wisconsin cheese curds/sticks, Lotto vending machine inside, plenty of pumps outside. Despite the traffic around Dempster/McCormick it isn't too bad getting in and out of there.”

“It's a gas station, there's not a ton to comment on other than the fact that the prices here are pretty decent and reflect others in the area. There is a good selection of snacks and drinks, lottery tickets. The folks behind the counter are always friendly and helpful.”
“Pharmacist (Majid) is super-nice and helpful as can be. He remembers everyone's names and relationships to family members and is always cheerful no mater what hell is breaking loose with a million customers - everyone wanting instant attention and minimal English.”
“My neighborhood Walgreens. Despite being a smaller store they have a great supply of the everyday household items you may need. Whether I need a quick meal or snack, or I need something for home, this location has just about everything you'll need in a pinch. The staff is always courteous and helpful and the pharmacy even though small is never backed up to where I've had to wait more than 10 minutes at the most to pick up or drop off a prescription. The technicians are always helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely what every neighborhood deserves in a Walgreens. If I could make one suggestion, I would add more grocery items and replace some of the candy. Other than that zero complaints..”

“All 7-Elevens are outrageously expensive. This one is no exception. It's always hit or miss as to whether they will have what you went there for, especially the ready made and fresh made foods like sandwiches and hot dogs.
With all of that in mind, if you need a half gallon of milk at
4 am, and you're willing to empty your bank account to get it, then this is a convenient place to get it. After all this is a convenience store.”

The one on Dempster I always seem to run into a chic that has the biggest attitude for no reason... so this experience was refreshing to say the least. I did tell her manager Mike who didn't seem too interested he just said for me to write something online...”

“I have used a different Walgreens pharmacy for the past 4+ years and am switching to the Old Orchard Road location. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and FRIENDLY! The store is immaculate and well-organized. I don’t know why I tolerated the poor service and cranky staff at the other location.”
