They called me racist names and told me that I dont belong in Skokie and told me to good back to my village. They didnt fix my computer still keeps crashing. When I got the laptop back their was sticky goo in between the space key. They dont not properly clean computer I am very upset with the service.

Computer drive is a scam, they " repaired" my grandparents computer by sitting at their house and running the same virus removal tool for 3 hours charging them an hourly rate of $125 dollars, disgusting. Not only do they pray on older people with little computer or technical knowledge they are scolding them and overpower them by yelling and using words they can't understand, they make you sign a waiver stating you are going to pay a minimum amount of $50 then let you know that it will be much more and since you signed and don't know what they're saying people tend to fall for the scam stay away or use this service at your own risk.

Very rude & racist staff. I was very professional when entering the store but more than 1 customer service representative treated me bad and looked down on me and subliminally told me they can’t accept my credit card & I do not belong in the Skokie community.

My faithful Lenovo Think Pad laptop crashed last month and it crashed hard and without warning. I initially worked with Lenovo tech support, which only complicated the process of restoring my files and repairing the hard drive. My next stop was Computer Drive, an authorized Lenovo repair center. Although the process was slow and painstaking, Carlos, an amazing technician, was able to bring my laptop back to life. He resolved every issue and provided good coaching and encouragement for me, an admitted tech dinosaur. I'll reach out to Carlos for assistance when it comes time to modernize and purchase a new model, he really earned my trust.

Disappointing customer service! My keychron k2 stopped working just out of warranty. The keyboard company showed a complete lack of Internet in the problem. I would expert an expensive to last for more than one year. Such a bad service?

This is the worst computer repair service I have ever received. Do not use them! Read the review first. I brought my PC under warranty and when I picked it up. I was getting error code. Brought it back and they fixed the error code in a day but then when I home my keyboard and mouse weren't working. Waste of time and money.

I had a screen replaced on a laptop 6 months ago which went bad again. Last time they had my computer for a week (which isn't easy since i work with it). I asked if they could look at the computer and then they just order a screen and I could bring it in when the screen arrives. They said no I would need to leave it there and it would be at least two days before they could look at it. I asked if i could make an appointment to come in in two days so I wouldn't lose work time with the computer. They said no. These guys don't care about the client. Their last repair only lasted 6 months. Go somewhere else!
