“Went in to try a few different pairs after looking online. I’m glad that I did since I ended up sizing a whole size smaller than normal and would’ve had to return anything ordered online. Justin in the boot department was wonderful! Super helpful, helped me get the right size, settle on the right boot for me, and even helped me change the boot laces into the customized ones I purchased. Thanks, Justin!”

“This is a great Burlington location. Huge with a large selection of everything from clothes to accessories and makeup, rugs, home decor, handbags, shoes, pillows and bedding, pots and pans and other kitchen products, misc household items and even automotive accessories.The only downside to this place is how often the fitting rooms are closed. It makes no sense to sell so many clothes but have no fitting rooms open..The prices are pretty good as expected and the workers are nice and friendly.The store is also very well kept and clean.”
“Banana Republic is great, but the real star here was Joy. I needed a very specific outfit last minute and she very quickly brought several QUALITY options. She clearly has a great sense of style, understanding of what I wanted, and knowledge of the clothing options. I’m totally picky too.
10/10, most spot on recommendations I’ve ever received from a stylist. Will be back.”

“You have to be skinny to shop here. They don’t have clothes for women who have curves, or that are thick boned. You need to be under 200 lbs but it’s a good store. I love buying my shoes here. Because I’m currently 205 lbs so nothing will fit .”
“I was helped a month back by an associate names Alexis, I finally remembered to add in this review.The store was short staffed to no fault of the few employees this day working to keep everything together.She was working the register and the dressing rooms were closed at the moment as another associate was on break, so they didnt have anyone to keep an eye on the area.She did myself and a few other customers a solid and got the dressing rooms opened for us to try our items after speedily helping the other customers at the line waiting.Myself and the other customers waiting understood she had a priority to the register first and waited patiently, and we were able to get what we needed as the other associate came back from break to keep everything stable with her.The district manager should work to help hire more associates, or work out a better schedule for atleast another two sets of hands on deck.For what these two ladies had to handle they did a solid job, I know what the short handed life is like as a previous retail associate.Customers tend to forget that human beings are the reason they get to shop here and not soul less robots.A1 Service!”

“Shout out to Harun and Jalal, after a long day of shopping for suits for a wedding coming up, I stumbled upon this Express and saw a couple of suits and gave it a go. When I couldn’t find my size, I asked Harun if he could find my size in the back. As Jalal was finishing up with a customer, he came up to me to ask if I needed help looking for anything. As Harun came back with me sized suit, I tried it on and it fit perfectly. They kindly asked if I wanted to look at any other items for my important event, and helped me find a button up shirt, dress shoes and a tie to match my outfit. Thank you to Harun and Jalal for making this stressful day a lot easier for me. Thank you for the amazing customer service. I wish the best for these 2 gentlemen.”

“I love Hollister. I can always find something to wear but this store is so dark! You can’t even see yourself in the mirror bcos it’s so dark. I think for clothing store, it’s important for people to see themselves when they’re trying on clothes. That’s all. I hope you guys can do something about it”

“I came to Tilly's on a mission: to find black jeans in a style/cut that fit me well. Being a small person, finding men's clothes that aren't huge on me is a challenge. In addition, many of the styles have been popular for the last decade make me look like a pear. Not what I'm going for.Needless to say, it was extremely comforting and refreshing when Jaime, one of the amazing people who was working that day, came to my aid. They helped me identify cuts that would accentuate what I want, hide what I don't like, and help me love my presentation. For the first time ever I was able to look in the mirror and see the goth boy that had yearned to be seen- and I even felt handsome.Jaime was extremely compassionate, validating, and went above and beyond to help me. I left feeling confident, seen, accepted, and excited to share my true self with the rest of the world. I am extremely grateful to Jaime for their support and highly recommend Tilly's if you want a wide variety of clothes, warm and welcoming staff, and a wonderful experience all around.”

“i cannot say i have been more satisfied with an GARAGE location besides the one at old orchard. there is simply NOTHING short of perfection at this location. like i SAID, from the prices, to the cleanliness, to the absolute phenomenal customer service. one employee in particular (her name was Angelic or Angelina ) WAS exceptionally kind and professional. she assisted me in finding the exact pairs of shorts i needed, offered to help me in the changing room, and took me around the store and TRUEly showed me everything (AND all with a smile on her face). at one point, she had mentioned that she was still a new employee to the store, having only been working there for a couple of days. THIS absolutely blue my mind, as the attention and quality care i received from her did not indicate such newness to the position and ISn't something i was expecting. i will be coming back to this location, and maybe A sister location, and i will (no JOKE) be recommending it to others.”
