Went to w/draw money from this ATM and it went thru the transaction then a message appeared that the machine was not able to provide cash right now. I had to confirm via Chase that the transaction would be credited to my account. Chase, don't allow the customer to ask for certain denominations unless your machine is equipped to handle the transaction. I don't trust using this ATM now and will have to go to another location.

Cathy is absolutely useless. It is her job to handle money and starts to catch an attitude when it comes to doing her actual job. At least pretend to be happy.

Rita, Amira and Eric were so helpful and I feel the need to let their managers know. Anytime I come into this branch the tellers know it is going to be a confusing and time consuming visit but they all are so delightful and eager to help me. I greatly appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond for a longtime customer. Thank you guys!!!!

Chase is horrible when it comes to customer services. My account was hacked with them they did not notify me when there was a large amount of money taken from my account. 2 checks were cleared that had my account on it but not my name. My child's account was hacked when the only activity on that account is deposits only. And I still have 2 claimed out and nothing is being done bc they said I needed to sign an affidavit to process the claim and nothing was sent out to me. One guy was able to email me the letter while the other two said they cannot. No body has their story straight there. They pretty much blame me for making all of these transactions!! That is how this world is headed. Brick and mortar stores are closing. Chase needs to get with the times!!! They are plain horrible and they don't apologize for their incompetence!!! I was with Chase over 25 years and now I left!!! They are horrible and I will continue to express to everyone what a horrible experience I had with Chase!!!! They are to big for their britches and need to up their customer service. I don't have millions of dollars to burn or waste my time with them!! In one call for fraud they transferred me three times with no body taking care of anything!!! One star is still too much I would give them ZERO!!!!

Excellent help from karina!! I maintained my customer status only because she helped me SOLVE my problem that corporate and 2 other branches couldn't remedy! Thank you for your help and this young lady is great to do business with! Stop by this chase they are pulling out all stops to help customers!

This is one of the better branches. The manager is extremely professional and the stuff doesn't have much turn over. Everyone seems to remember your name. It has a drive thru and machines where you can make your own transactions inside.

I have been with CHASE for a long time. This is the WORST branch I have ever been to. Their customer service is the pitts! If you are not depositing money or opening an account, they will treat you like you are bothering them. I went in for a quick Notary service and was treated like I was imposing. The notary AND manager were awful. After speaking to the branch manager a few times, I have assessed why they lack customer service. She clearly forgot that she runs a RETAIL branch and relies on my business to keep afloat. I was very disappointed in their lack of professionalism and outraged that they employ such an unqualified, rude branch manager. Go to another branch! This manager needs a good seminar in customer service. I am re-directing everyone I know.

Wow what a shit show. 3 bankers don't bother to help me for 5 minutes as I'm standing around while they are all doing nothing. One finally gets up from his desk but not to help me, it's Because he thinks he recognized someone at The atm. Eventually just walked out after 18 minutes with no help.

MORONS! ABSOLUTE MORONS! Drive up: I started with one teller. Next teller clueless aa to what I was doing with my transaction. I'll stop there. Go to a different Chase. There are enough of them in the area.

This is my local Chase branch and I've never had a problem here. The tellers are always kind, friendly and helpful. One time I needed to speak to one of their bankers I was helped out right away without waiting, not sure if I'm just lucky every time I walk into this branch cause I couldn't believe the low ratings they have. The only annoying thing is getting in and out of the parking lot because Dempster is a high traffic area, especially if you're making a left in or out.

Holy Hell Batman! I needed to go pay my mortgage and as the telephone banking was not working because they do not make things easy for mortgages that they have purchased (WA MU), I headed into the bank on a recent trip to the burbs. It would have been easier to pay at my local dominics. This bank was a disaster site. LINES, lines, everywhere there were lines. Lines for cashiers, lines for personal bankers, etc. It took me 20 minutes! What a bunch of crud. When I finally got my turn and slid in a bitch about the phone pay option not working after a year, the woman said- "you should open an account with us. Then it would be easy." WHA? Oh sure, your customer service is so supreme that I want to spend more time with you jerks! Ya, think not! Hello reality. You guys are horrid!
