This bank branch has quite professionals staffers, I needed to get some coins wrappings then to be deposit into my account. The counter staffer gave me more than enough coin wrappings and in different denominations.However, the ATM machine in front entrance area had given at least twice wrong customers receipts after the ATM transactions were completed. It was being told to the front counter staffers after the fact, as the errors were occurred after hours.

I went today July 1st to deposit my cash that my mom gave me. The ATM ATE MY CASH. It supposed to return the cash since it wasn’t able to read it. So I waited and then error. I was like foreal? I was having such a good day until an atm machine ruined my day. I had plans, and I wanted that cash to be in my account so I could go on with my plans. Plus it doesn’t feel right when an atm doesn’t return your money. Thankfully, a gentleman at the bank helped me right away. His desk is the second to the right when u get in the bank. Shame that I can’t remember his name. Thank you sir? I got refunded same day. I mean they can check cameras and I know my money is in that machine. It made a really weird sound before it showed error. It was just hard to believe. I’m like what the atm took my money is this foreal? So from now on, if it’s more than 100 I would just go in line and have a clerk deposit it for me.

The teller that I saw couldnt resolve the issue, provided wrong info, and was talking to other clients while he was seeing me at the front. So incapable, wasted my time here.

I stopped by to deposit some money during the week and at around 12pm and it was not busy. It was fast to do so. Free parking, ATM inside.

I been comming here for many years and never had any problems. I don't get how some people complain about this branch when everyone is so nice and friendly and always helpful. The branch manager VP is always helping customers. She is awesome so thank you!!

Worst experience that I ever had! I went to this place for notary. The guy didn’t know what he doing. Then, went to another branch, fast and easy to get things done in a minute. I highly recommend don’t go to this branch again. They are so reluctant and have to re-train! Just waste my time with those stupid staff.
