I had a great experience at the 5950 Howard location. I was in a rush for the repairs and they worked with my time frame. Everyone was so professional. Sevag had amazing customer service ??. They gave timely updates and on the day was supposed to pick it up I assumed it would be ready by the end of the day and they even beat that timeline. Joe walked me through all the work that was done. My car looked brand new where it was repaired. I was very impressed. Will keep them in mind if I need this service again.Services: Painting

Heiu and his crew did a phenomenal job.Keeping you informed, throughout the entire process. He was honest and wanted the best for your Vehicle. He assessed the damage and provided the quote to the insurance company within minutes. They did a great, great job with repairing my car and the quality of craftsmanship easily showed. Outstanding care of our new Highlander that got hit on the passenger side (both doors and rear bumper). “Hew” did our initial meet and greet and then Ulices kept us updated. We got frequent text messages with updates and calls with any changes to the repair and amount. We highly recommend this location! They were very professional and explained everything in detail! When it came down to it, they got to know us and respected us…. Felt like family!

These guys are the best! It is the cleanest auto repair shop I've ever seen. The people were delightful, friendly knowledgeable. The work was finished before the date they gave us. They did a very nice job on my Honda, looks like new. I went to few other shops and no one could give me a decent accurate time frame for repair. CC gave me an estimate and repair time frame from start.
