Definitely can see why Brooks Brothers is going out of business. Not enough employees. Waited forever while a white trash customer returned a box of clothes.

They have my size that fits! The sales people are very patient and will fit you in the way you want to be fitted. The inventory is high quality and deserves the price charged.

Bought a MTM suit for an important event this summer. Paid over $1k for a Made in China suit that wasn't even symmetrical when they gave it to me. Fit was too loose, then too tight, then way too tight. The tailors didn't sound like they spoke english so I'm not sure they understood the problem. One was far better than the other but she was not always available. In the end I took the suit home out of fatigue. Was promised a partial refund by the manager but that never came. There was fake "You're an important client" attitude that was all for show. Decent shirts, but I wont be going there again.

I had a great experience with top notch customer service. The Staff, particularly the Assistant Manager, Casey did a tremendous job with sampling suits, and accomplishing a fitting on a busy Saturday. I even received the hemmed suit earlier than expected. 10 out of 10.

I would give this place a ZERO if google allowed. If you enjoy brooks, stay FAR away from this location, or you will lose your interest after being treated like a dog here. Firstly, all associates stayed behind the counter and did not offer the slightest help when they knew I was here to exchange polos for a different size. When they saw me fumbling through the shirts struggling to find my correct size, they continued to sit and watch from a distance. After noticing, my size was not available for all of the colors I have / wanted. I informed the store associate that I would like to exchange 3 or the 6 polos, and for the 3 going back, I would like to receive store credit. She turned and told me the store can only process exchanges and that I can not return these items because they are "worthless."Yet all of the polos I attempted to return are on their site going for roughly $100 each?!?!This is the most unethical and sketchy business practice I have ever dealt with in my entire life... just wowThe other reviews do not lie.. this place just SUCKS!!

High quality suits but they really do not know how to tailor a suit. The manager is genuinely insufferable and the staff is highly incompetent (not the type of people you want selling you high end clothes). Highly suggest buying the suit at a different brooks brothers and getting it tailored at a third party tailor. 4 tries later, and 1 pair of pants lost and you can still spot the large hem on the pants from 8 streets away. The hem is my new batman symbol as it's so visible.

Worst customer service at a men’s store. They measured me wrong for a couple shirts then just walked away. They can’t use tape measures and they can’t serve customers.

Purchased four items and they forgot to put one of them in my bag. How could they charge the prices they charge and make such a careless mistake. Called the manager, and he offered nothing to help me out. The store needs to learn how to treat customers right.

Terrible experience. Left without a purchase. Walked out and into Nordstrom. I purchased a Hickey Freeman suit for 2K in about 30 minutes. Nordstrom appreciates how you treat customers!

Good place to shop if you want no assistance or acknowledgement from store associates. Definitely recommend going to the one in the keystone mall in Indianapolis and asking for Rob… extremely helpful and knowledgeable he’ll do right by you.
