Customer service is great, people are friendly but they work hard. This Pandemic has us all tweaky so kind words and warm actions mean a big thing.

Lot of options, staff is friendly, clean store and bathrooms. They have hot sandwiches usually and roller grill items, plus Wisconsin cheese curds/sticks, Lotto vending machine inside, plenty of pumps outside. Despite the traffic around Dempster/McCormick it isn't too bad getting in and out of there.

Clean, lots of parking and pumps, large selection of snacks, drinks and necessities. Not like the other tiny corner stations you normally fine around the city.

Not the way to treat a customer. He can say it in a low voice. I will never go back there and fill up my bus tank..

There is one cashier here that works here that closes the store at least 15 minutes before midnight everytime she works her shift... so frustrating. When you leave your home to run to the only gas station that's open until midnight in the neighborhood, get there, and the doors are locked... at a quarter til'. Definately will not make that same mistake twice. Good luck getting inside anytime past 15 mins prior to closing time.

On 2-16, at approximately 10 minutes until midnight, I arrived to this gas station to grab a few items. When I pulled in front of the store, the attendant was mopping the floor and she looked up when she saw my headlights. She stopped what she was doing and immediately disappeared. My passenger and I got out of the car to go inside. Unsurprisingly, when we approached the front door it was locked (this is not this first time). We stood outside waiting in 20 degree weather for at least 4 minutes, waiting for her to come and open the door. I googled then called the store via cellular and got no answer. When the attendant resurfaced from the back, she again made eye contact with us and proceeded to do what she was doing. I'm literally standing in front of a sign with the store's hours that says hours are 5AM-12AM Monday-Saturday and 7AM-12AM on Sunday's. MIDNIGHT!!! Not 11:50pm, not 11:55pm but MIDNIGHT...12AM. The person that was unfortunately hired to provide the best customer service in the name of the the company and the employer, intentionally left us standing there. Frustrated and refusing to waste a 3 mile trip, I knocked on the window to undeniably get her attention. Clearly hesitant, she stormed to the front door unlocking it and immediately started raising her voice at us. I began to explain to her that it was only 11:50pm when we arrived and the doors were locked but the hours on the front door of the establishment clearly says that the store closes at midnight but she continued to raise her voice. Still yelling, she said that she was allowed to lock the front door while she went to the back. When I told her the door was locked long before she went to the back, she told me that she didn't have to service me. I was so disgusted that I refused to spend a dime of my money there after being treated so poorly so, I just waited until my passanger was finished with their transaction. There were other customers at the pump, appearing to be having trouble, trying to get gas. One of the two began to approach the store until attendant turned off all of the outside lights. He (the customer) literally stopped in his tracks and went back to his vehicle. It was 11:57pm. The encounter was so bad that even my passenger got upset with the attendant and exchanged words. As we walked to our car the attendant still yelled and used profanity at us, bragging how she'd been employed there for two years and she'll still be there. A third vehicle pulls up to make a quick stop in. They too were wondering why all the lights were off at 11:58pm? Unfreaking believable! Because of this experience I will NEVER spend my hard-earned money at another Graham again.
