“I had great experience tonight at barnes and nobles, because jonathan and Carla were so nice and helpful!
I bought books from their website and paid with PayPal. But I needed to return some of the books. Unfortunately I wasn't aware that I couldn't have the money refunded to my original payment method because PayPal doesn't give a card so they could only return it for store credit.
But I don't shop at barnes and nobles often so I didn't want the store credit. I was originally going to ship it back, but I would have to pay for shipping myself. And shipping 4 heavy books is very expensive.
But jonathan and Carla were very patient with me, and offered me a 1 time courtesy of them shipping it back on my behalf. I really appreciated their help. Their kindness definitely made my day.”
“LOVED walking around and exploring this Barnes and noble location. Reminded me of my love for reading and also was great inspiration for gift giving. Didn’t love that the workers stared and followed us as we explored; would’ve been nice to be greeted at least; found that aspect of this visit to be unsettling and made me want to leave. It was a nice little stop to warm up before heading to the movies though!”
