“Caliber Collision on Howard Street in Skokie has just made the third repair on one of my cars, FYI: Before becoming a consultant design engineer, I owned and operated an auto body shop in Southern California. When I tell you that ther work is flawless, you are getting it from a very authotative source. THeir communication is equyally outstanding. THey explain thing in simple terms that anone can understand and keep their customer in the loop with frequent text messages advising them on progress. THe coofee and pop cord in their waiting room is also excellent. I and insurance companies trust them and so can you, If some fool hit one of my cars again, yjr only good thing is that I will get to visit my friends at Caliber.”

“Fix Auto was amazing. I had almost 10k in damage to my, and was expecting a long repair process. After dropping my car w/ the friendly reception staff, I was updated via text within 24hrs of a tentative date for completion. Which was about 3 weeks time, I was not optimistic they would hit this date. I received an update weekly, and sure enough the car was complete on the date they stated. It only was the repair completed without any trace of an accident, but, they also detailed my car inside/out. They were awesome from start to finish.”

“We have brought our cars to Phil at Automotive Body & Tire for the past 13 years with only good results and good advice. The saying is that "out of fast, cheap and good" you can only get two. But you can get all three here. Phil and his staff are experts. Thorough, honest and efficient. They won't try to upsell you and they don't make up un-needed repairs. When I've needed to leave my car there for service and I need a ride, they offer me one. Phil has even sent his guys over to my house to jump my car once and another time to fish my keys out when I locked them in the car. He didn't charge me for either time (I made them cookies and am writing this review.) This is a good outfit.”
