This my favorite location. Not just because I live close, but because everyone is friendly. Someone if not everyone will great you with a smile. Unlike other locations, this one makes you feel comfortable when handling business.

My experience has been so far, great. Their mobile app is pretty straightforward, easy to use. Their ATMs are far better than the older ATMs out there (although I really don’t trust the machines nowadays!) customer service was okay, I have only spoken to one banker and I forgot his name, but he was very kind and seem knowledgeable.

There's the man working there his name Anis, he told me how bad that bank is, i was about to open an account in Harris bank but he told me chase bank it's better. How could he talking bad in the bank who's pay him salary. He's betrayed that good bank.

Terrible financing manager her name is Tina from Greece I called her three times trying to get a business loan she never called me back i have over seventy thousand dollars deposit with Harris bank I am going to close the account tomorrow the worst customer service and terrible attitude!!!!

I stood in line for 5 minutes today while two employees just looked at me and said nothing. A third employee walked out of the back looked at me and walked by just to say hello to the customer behind me who walked in. This customer was then greeted by one of the other two employees. Then wondering what I was doing here I looked around to notice everything was dirty and dated. I turned around and walked out without anyone saying a word. I then drove to chase bank where I was greeted by 3 employees before they accepted my money.

This branch is made up of great caring and well experienced staff. The two ladies with most experience here ( sorry didn't get their names) are the reason I come here. You will see them on most Monday mornings behind teller line. They are caring about your issues and will have great solutions. They think outside the box and mostly THEY HAVE PERSONALITY. Personality and care are priceless in banking. I will update with names on next visit.
