Women BEWARE!!! If I could I would give you no stars. These people are untrustworthy and pray on unknowing people. I brought my Audi for body work and was greeted by the owners/partners, younger Jewish guy and an older fellow. He asks to look at the car so they can give me an estimate. After looking they both come back and say that it's gonna be a lot. His words exactly" audis aren't cheap to repair, Audi parts are very expensive" then goes to his computer and brings up the headlight needing to be replaced. Thens says " see just the light alone costs $3600 and we haven't even looked at the other parts yet". Long story short I ask him, my sister is my witness as she was there with me because she was using my car and caused the damage and she was going to pay for it I was just there to make sure she doesn't get screwed. But they both say when I asked if they're going to use OEM Audi parts " we only use OEM no aftermarket. Then they quoted $10k for all the repairs. I had already taken it to Audi to get a estimate and they quoted around 15k but all OEM parts and I've worked for them and know they have a crazy labor charge and will always cost more going there. I'm a truck driver so I'm not home and so I told my sister to take it to them since it's the same thing but she'll save money. So she calls and they offer a discount and will do it for $9k if she pays cash. She goes pays and gets a receipt but when I asked for a copy from my sister it just says what they're working on and doesn't state the amount for each item. A couple months later I come home from work for some time off and ask my sister to look at the car, and to my surprise they did a horrible job. Not one part is OEM Audi like they said it would be. The paint is over sprayed to other parts of the car, most parts weren't ever aligned right or in place. Now I'm rightfully pissed so I call and spoke to the younger gentleman and told him what I had just discovered so he says bring it by and I'll take a look. I drove up to the shop and he came out and I showed him, where all the parts weren't aligned right, all the over spray of paint. Then I asked him, why the parts weren't OEM when he promised OEM parts when I asked for an estimate. I even reminded him of what he specifically said regarding the hradlights. HE DENIED EVERYTHING, not once of responsibility did this man take for his work. He kept saying how he gave my sister a discount and fixed other things for free. SIR YOU offered to fix those for free we did not ask you. I told him thank for that but that doesn't explain why my hood isnt sitting right, there's a gap between the panel and light. Once again instead of taking responsibility or apologizing or doing anything to fix it other then the paint. He says "that's all they could do, their guys aren't used to seeing my car everyday so to them it's straight but because the car is mine I can and that's normal" are you out of your mind man. Either you think I'm stupid or your that stupid. You guys are a bunch of thieves and scumbags who pray on woman because they don't know any better. Had I been there with her during pick up I wouldn't have paid you a dime and had you put what you charged for. $9k for aftermarket parts that doesn't even come close to that, you owe my sister some of her money back. She's a hard working college student, and you took advantage of her and the situation. Had you said you were gonna use aftermarket parts I would've never agreed to your estimate. I'll add photos so you can see what they fixed, and even see some parts made in Taiwan. THE WORST BODY SHOP IVE EVER SEEN, please save your money and go somewhere else and actually get what you pay for these people aren't worth your money or time. And if you do get work done here please check your work from every angle before you leave. I tried to report them to BBB and their not even accredited. My next step

I recently visited this shop as per my dealer’s recommendation to have my rear bumper fixed. Someone had hit my rear bumper and pushed the reflector in and scratched the paint. They were able to fix the reflector and was quoted $400 to have the bumper completely repainted. I wasn’t ready to spend that amount of money to have the scratches removed but I asked them to see if they can buff it out somehow. They said they would try. When I came back to pick up the car, I was told that they had washed the scratches and buffed it the best they could but the white scratched marks remained. Disappointed, I left and conceded that my bumper will have to be scratched for now until I can afford to have it repainted. Then another friend recommended another body shop to try. I went in and explained to them what happened to the car and what had been done thus far. They told me they will try to buff it also. Fifteen minutes later, my car was ready and the scratches on the bumper are almost unnoticeable except for a few fine lines. They asked if f I have touch up paint and luckily I did, they went ahead and touched up the fine lines. When I asked how much I owed for the work, the guy told me, “don’t worry about it!”. I don’t know if this shop did or did not try to buff the scratches on the car. Regardless, I was willing to pay any amount of effort to get the scratches off but I was just not ready to spend the $400 to paint the entire bumper. I would have appreciated the honesty if this shop had just said, it’s not worth our time and I would have respected that. But to me, it felt like they took a gamble by NOT obviously trying to buff out the scratches hoping that I might just go ahead and spend more money to get the entire bumper painted rather than try to offer to do a quick fix for less money. This may not be the case and I will never know. But I can say this much, the next time I need a body shop to have the car fix, I know where I am going and it’s not going to be here. And when someone ask if I can recommend a shop, it won’t be this shop!

Got my car fixed here after it was stolen and recovered by police. They repaired the broken window, fixed the ignition and bumper, and did a great job. Would recommend.

I've used the firm 3 times over the last 10 years for body work on Chicago vehicles. All three times the quality of the work was superb. Absolute perfect paint color match. Prices seemed fair. The cars were done when they said they would be done. I have been happy

The work is expensive and the quality is mediocre at best. The owner is mean to customers and talks to people as if he is doing you a favor. Do yourself. Favor and stay away. Not worth it at all.

Recently had my vehicle side swiped while parked on the street. I was fortunate that the person who hit my vehicle was a classy gentleman and left a note.I went to 3 places to get estimates, BeeZee being the last, the other 2 local excellent rated shops gave me estimates of $1770 & $1605, which seemed excessive. BeeZee charged me $700!!I picked up my vehicle hours ago, and it looks brand new. I am so satisfied I came here and will continue doing so. Now I am just waiting for the insurance company to compensate me sooner rather than later.

Bee Zee's was fantastic to deal with - they were quick to respond, polite and thorough. The job was done promptly and they explained everything to me at pickup. Al was especially great to work with. When I had follow-up questions, he was attentive and responsive and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I strongly recommend Bee Zee's if you're looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop that will get the job done right!
