this place is really good, it's really really big, it has a Paper Source on the ground floor too. however. despite being so large, it has a dismally small selection of Classics. and a lot of them are only in the penguin classics format as well, which is really boring. I will say though, if you're into Y/A ? or manga, this place does have a really big selection of those. unfortunately for me personally tho, this just isn't my go-to bookstore.

One the better locations I've been too, I like the layout of the store, and it was very clean and easy to locate what I needed. I really loved the older woman who helped me out. She was very kind and did a great job. I wish I would have got her name but the receipt said cashier 8587.

Another wonderful shopping experience, Cam, at the checkout, was very friendly. Richard and Mary were also helpful on the floor. 4/12 - Great staff including Dane, Ken, and Tony. Fantastic service!

Huge bookstore. Helpful staff. Escalator up to 2nd floor. Don't know about wheelchair access. Has just about everything you can think oh.

Teachers/Educators, please read as Barnes & Noble is dismissive of your profession. My wife is a teacher. The B&N in Old Orchard would not accept her tax exempt letter. The manager was standing next to the cashier (Francais H.) when it was denied. My wife said she would not shop there, again. The cashier, Francais H., then said, "honestly, lady, I do not care if you ever shop here again." There is a reason that Barnes & Noble is going out of business. Appalling customer service!!! Educators, you should spend your money at better stores than Barnes & Noble.
