“Really a customer service oriented bank. Went in and rep named Aman greeted by name after we had checked in. Warmly professional and very helpful helping us get two things done. Less than a few minutes later and we were done and out. Bank clearly posted important customer service information about Labor Day closing on doors so all would see it on our way out. Free parking also makes convenient. They have ATMs, too.”

“This bank & branch is outstanding. Relocated to Evanston almost 3 years ago & wanted service comparable to my Maine credit union. They are equal to that as much smaller than big banks in the area. Even got my then 7 year old granddaughter open a savings account there. Every time she goes in, the tellers & loan officers as well as bank VP Nancy remember who she is. This makes her feel extremely important as kids don't know how to save these days.”
