For some reason the Merril Lynch employees who can’t even help BofA customers are directing the flow of customers arriving for assistance. This is the managers responsibility. It took over 10 mins to tell me it would be an hour wait, and that was after I asked for the manager specifically, who had a poor attitude.

One of the two ATMs is usually down. Bank of America has closed its drive through windows permanently. Inside the branch its usually just one teller.

I stopped by just 5 minutes before the closing to get some cash from the ATM inside. The lady was very helpful, however, the ATM was not friendly and didn't want to read my card. But after the third attempt it worked.

I stopped by here recently to use the drive-thru ATM with my Bank of America card. For some unexplainable reason, the screen showed an error and then it "ate" my card and did not eject it afterwards.I go inside the branch and ask the teller if they could help my situation.First, the teller asks me what my card number is (umm, sorry but I don't have it with me....)Next, the teller says that the ATM in the drive thru is separately managed from the ATM inside the bank branch. Umm, these are both "Bank of America" ATMs.. but you're telling me they're different?? Who owns the drive thru?? You really have to wonder what's going on with the not-my-problem attitude here. First time stopping by this branch and definitely the last time.

Horrible bank! Everyone is RUDE! No customer service!y fiancée and I just wanted to open a saving and checking account! They don’t care don’t give them your money.
