I went to Aw Yeah Comics for the first time ever, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything is well organized, clean and the overall atmosphere of the store is nice! Not to mention all the unique art all over the store! :) Overall I had a good and pleasant experience, definitely plan on going again also recommend! 5/5

Wonderful salesperson helped us pick out comics for our first time at a comic book shop. He talked to my son about his comic book writing. He also gave us a layout of the store and told us about upcoming events.

I went hear to buy gifts for my brothers and dad and man the guy working their is amazing. He knew what he was talking about and helped narrowed down a perfect price fitting gift for each of my family members with simple demographic and psychographic descriptions of each. They have a new catalog of trendy stuff and a bunch of interesting older issues as well. If your into comics or just interesting buyer experiences pop down and look around and maybe pick up a cheap 1 dollar issue for your troubles. 10/10 would recommend definitely visiting for myself next time.

Store looks really cool. Sadly this my view from outside. Website and store sign says that it is open today until 7pm. I got here just before 5pm and the door is locked with no one attending the business. Bummer.

Creator Art Baltazar's personally owned comics shop. He isn't often in, but he does have events where he is present, and he invites other creators for events as well.They have $1 bargain back issue boxes by the front door and several shelves of $5 reduced price trades.

awesome comic shop! very cool and helpful staff, they have store events all the time and a weekly comics industry night where anyone is welcomed to come and draw next to some great local artists! especially love getting to meet famous artist Art Baltazar who co owns the place!

Comic Shops like this are tough to find, its so welcoming to any age and fandom level, its colorful, its fun and most of all its a fantastic place to get into art and comics. The owner has been in the game since the Prime indy comics game and has a creative spirit that you only see at the Artists Alley at conventions. Be it the Indy Books this store has to the main stream, you will find it here and it will be well priced and well displayed. Hit it up in the afternoon early in the week and have some fun.

Absolute phenomenal place of a Comic Store! Adam and Joe are the coolest people I met in my Visit in Chicago.
