Not really mid-priced, mid upper and women's athletic clothing, also for girls. I find a lot of great things here that are not just for my workout and rather for my everyday clothing. service is friendly and prompt and they make it easy for me to be able to pay with my store card even if I don't have it on me. I love getting points and redeeming them for money off my clothes

Ordered a few items online - what a waste... Sizing is completely off. Apparently they were "non-returnable" items - OK, how about not a return but exchange to a different size? The answer was a big NO. Now, I'm stuck with 3 things that I cannot wear - despite of ordering my usual size in Athleta!

I don't really wear Athleta clothes but I decided to try it out and purchase from this location. The store is set up a little odd, but the customer service is great. The worker, Sofia, helped me with sizing options in the fitting room and helped me decide on different pieces to purchase.

I've been an Athleta customer since they opened and loved the brand, quality and customer service....that was up until this past month. I have gone in there twice in the past month and unfortunately have dealt with the same sales person. The first time, she had absolutely no sympathy to my situation and kept falling back on the "it's our policy" line....the second time, she literally told me that I" was giving her attitude" when the items I wished to purchase were ringing up at a higher price than what was marked on the tag and I was just asking her to honor the price that was shown. I will no longer be shopping at this particular store & I highly recommend that Athleta train their sales staff to be a bit more customer oriented....

Went in to return merchandise that had arrived a few days prior. Because it had been on back order it wasn't in their system so they couldn't issue a refund. They handed it back to me, told me to call their customer service department, get a shipping label, get my own packaging and handle shipping it back. They did nothing to help me. They didn't offer to call, to print out the label, to provide packaging, nothing. When I confirmed that the customer has to jump through the hoops, the manager simply told me to have a nice day. Arrogant, condescending and inappropriate.

Came in for a pair of shiny red tights that weren't really red...chose NOT to get the shiny hot pink at my age altho they were def hot pink. Thanks to the AWESOME and helpful cashier #2824419 who suggested to this first time customer that I use my @Gap rewards, I walked out pretty happy with my purchase. Great experience, of course I'll be back.

Had a great time shopping at Athleta this weekend! Staff were very friendly it was my first time shopping there and I was so glad I went in person rather than online. If I had ordered the items online I would have gotten the wrong sizes! Robin helped me a lot and you could tell she is great at her job! Customer service was above and beyond my expectations.

The manager was called over to help with my transaction and she was rude beyond belief. Completely dismissed me and couldn't have cared less that my order was wrong. Didn't do anything to try to alleviate it. I was in the mood to shop and left empty handed.
