If i could give zero star i would, the lady charged me 105$ to make the pants tight and short. It actually coast me more than the price of the pants.
If i was aware about the charges before she did the job i would go buy another pants instead.
I would recommend everyone not to go there complete scam

They ruined a 33 year old Santa outfit with burn marks on the pants and the hatit was a beautiful outfit bought at Kauffman costumes on Lincoln Avenue back in the late 80s and even though they were distinctly straight lines the owner told me that he thinks it's some kind of smoke damageHow does he know that I didn't bring the suit in like thatThey looked at the suit when I brought it in and gave me a price for cleaning it upThe Santa suit cost $360 in 1989 made in America a very cool looking thin velvet materialOn top of that I brought them a 20 year old sweater that was made in England that had some little holes in it and I said I spent $30 for it through the sierra trading postnot to go over $40 in repairsThey wanted $90 for the repairs and that I never gave them a limitso they kept the sweaterand I have to replace what is probably now $1000 Santa clause suitwhich I will do for my grandchildrenI've never seen such old-school cheap business practice and I'm in business myself for 40years ( thx America!) 65 years old with older siblings in their 80sso I've seen and heard some cheap dealings seeing as we were all raised by parents who were two world war and depression survivors

I had bought a doll and wanted to take its ponytail off but I have no idea how to sew and the ponytail was sewn on. The doll was all fabric by the way. When I went to Art's, a nice lady met with me and told me she could do it! I just picked up the doll today and it's so wonderful! It looks like the hair naturally had no ponytail! I was very happy with my doll and the price; it was under $20 to fix the doll and no one else out there seemed to want to do it except Art's. I would go there for any future sewing, alterations, tailoring, anything. They were great and very nice! They even remembered me right away and had my doll waiting when I came in even though it had been over a week! Definitely would recommend them!

Dropped off my brand new, worn one time for half a day, Calvin Klein suit for dry cleaning. The buttons were ripped off the pants when I got them back, and this business can’t be bothered to make it right.

Have my dry cleaning, tailoring and shoes done here. Laura always does an exceptional job, and you can beat the price of the laundered shirts anywhere.
