Great job Dar...thank you so much!! I purchased a mattress from the previous company and needed to have it replaced. My problem was it was beyond the warranty period and it was now a different company. Dar, greeted me when I came in and said lets see what we can do. When minutes he had the process started and replaced my mattress!

We enterned this location at 7:24 they close 7:30 and they were still open the sales person that i was buying from is named David at 9340 skokie boulevard, when I first walked in he gave my wife some attitude saying were closing and I dont want to waste any time, when me and my wife were looking for matresses he gave us alot of attitude saying I kept the store open for you guys I have a mother waiting at home for me, He kept rushing us and had no respect at all. I have bought 3 matresses in the past from this same location and I am a valued customer, I dont like the way he treated us. All the other sales person we met were very nice and had no attitude at all but this man had no respect at all. I hope he learns how to treat his customers well.

Just purchased a new mattress. Salesman Brian W was a wonderful host. He talked me thru all the options so that i made an informed decision. We talked about Evanston and as a City Council Member I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Thank you for your service.

Great serviceI have bought several mattresses from American Mattress. They are so very professional and knowledgeable. Each time the sales people were kind and took their time helping me. I trust American Mattress and will only buy from them. I did have to talk with the corporate office and they were very kind and helpful as well.

I stopped in yesterday at 5:30pm looking for a queen mattress for my apartment. The sales guy there was pretty odd. The entire time time I was looking around he had this condescending and patronizing tone in his voice. Very weird. I mean, I bought a mattress last week at Mattress Firm for my parents guest room and was telling him about it and for some strange reason he acted like he didn't' believe me lol. Not sure why or what you gain from that. He just comes across as disingenuous and strange. Felt awkward and uninviting. I didn't say anything, it just got to a point where it became comical and uncomfortable so I left.There was a tall gentleman who was working there last week who was a great salesman tho. But I went with Mattress Firm last week instead only because American Mattress has to special order Twin XL's which takes a while to deliver. He was still helpful tho. A stand up guy. Would have been nice if he or a salesman like him were there yesterday. Decided to go back to Mattresses Firm instead and reordered the same bed for my apartment.
