I took my car on Wednesday and they kept it until the following week on Tuesday. No one at this body shop ever called me to update me. I called them on Thursday and they told me they haven’t looked at the vehicle yet. I called Friday and one of the mechanics promised the car to be done that day because the repair would take 3hrs. Friday came and went so I called Saturday, on three occasions and the mechanic kept promising the car would be done. I called back on Saturday an hour before they were closing and the mechanic said they were now looking for a part and Monday it would be finished. Monday was the same thing, a day filed w empty promises. Finally on Tuesday my car was released. My experience here was not great and I will not be returning. It seems as if they didn’t prioritize this repair and waited until a week to get started on it. Disappointing considering the stellar reviews.

It’s one thing to rate a business when things go right, it’s completely different when things go wrong. The owner/ manager refuses to honor any warranty and will outright lie even if you show proof. This place is a joke and I don’t suggest anyone take their car here for repairs.
