I had a great experience with A-Plus pest control. The first guy who came out to my house was not great. The third time, I asked for someone else to come, and he got the job done! He was extremely professional and wonderful. Thank you!

I've had A-Plus out for their insect barrier treatment for the outside of my house 4 times now and each time, it is very effective at preventing the ant invasion of my home that happens every spring when it starts to get warm. It doesn't completely destroy the colony like a harsher chemical treatment might, but it keeps them out and that's a compromise I can accept for the sake of the environment. This year, they came on a Wednesday and 4 hours after the treatment, it rained fairly heavily. I called to ask if the rain would effect the treatment since it came so soon after. The man I spoke to said he was monitoring the weather and would let me know if he thought they needed to come back. I didn't hear back, but on the following Monday, I found another receipt in my mailbox saying they'd been out to do the treatment again at no charge. I wasn't home, but I can verify because the side gate was ajar (I know this because we let our dog out in the yard, so I always check to make sure the gate is closed so he doesn't get out). The first treatment clearly didn't take because I was still seeing ants in the house, but since the second treatment, we are once again ant free. I am planning to call A-Plus every year now when I see the ants come marching in.

Needed an insect/pest inspection for a client who is buying a home. They were able to come out the next day and were even flexible when the owner needed to change appointment times. They showed up on time but the homeowner wasn't there. They were good enough to wait 30-40 mins for the owner to show up so we could get our report done. Anyone else would have been out of there in 10 mins on a Friday night. I appreciate the job that was done and the service that was provided.

Rather poor service. The person I spoke with on the phone gave me a quote for taking car of my rodent problem that specifically included setting traps, sealing the house up, and coming back at least 2 more times to check the traps. When the technician arrived, he had no idea what I was talking about when I asked him if he was going to seal up the house. He also didn't do anything except drop some poison in the crawl space and a closet. I could have done that myself. Very disappointed :(

Very displeased with their business. Came out in March with mice problem, to this day, mice are still here, droppings all over. Not willing to work with us at all, Keep on billing us for them coming out to see what they can do to fix the problem. Even after their Rep who comes out tells us that there should be no charge. Will never use them again

Definitely do not use this company for wasps, and I wouldn't recommend using them for anything, as they're sending out people who do not know what they're doing. After a week of them ineptly trying to deal with wasps that have been nesting inside the wall of my house, the final straw was when I was at work they stuck glue traps on the outside of my house and stuffed up the hole that the wasps were traveling in and out of, so they are now swarming around outside looking for a new way in (and every other company I've called has said this is the exact opposite of what you should do, instead they would simply puff some insecticidal dust inside and around the opening so that the workers would carry the poison in on their bodies to kill the rest of the nest). Call any other company than this one if you're dealing with wasps that are getting in your house.

I will never use A-plus pest control again. They were incredibly rude and totally incompetent. Their manager certainly does not believe in customer service!! I still have my ant problem and I'm trying to figure out who to use. STAY AWAY FROM A-Plus!!!!

Terrible. Not worth calling. I can't tell you that there will be anything positive. Totally incompetent. You will have to call them numerous times. They will claim that they are using friendly for environment chemicals. They DON'T Work. Hire professionals save your money and time!

Ugh! Despite the accolades you read about this business... they must be spending all their time schmoozing, not exterminating... I was VERY disappointed in their service. Here's my experience. I was very excited to discover that A-Plus Pest Control was located right in my neighborhood and I especially liked the fact that they use 'green' products. The fact that they were highly recommended was another bonus. I initially contacted them via their Contact Us link on the website (4/26 or 4/27) because I was having my annual seasonal problem with ants for the preceding few weeks or so. When I didn't hear back from them for almost a week (no email response or phone) I called them. I talked to Marlene who was nice enough. I told her all about the ant problem in my kitchen. She gave me the lowdown about their services and pricing. I learned of their 'SUMMER SPECIAL' which is a great deal. For a rate of $320 (?) it includes both a spring and fall spraying plus they take care of whatever else might show up during the summer. I agreed to the 'Summer Special' especially because her reassurance that our past problems with carpenter bees would be included. I asked how soon someone could come out and was told (because of the rainy weather and possible delay) that someone would call me to schedule the inside & outside by a weeks end. A week went by I heard from no one so, I called again. This time I spoke with Steve and inquired about my being on the schedule. He didn't seem to know much (he did confess that he was new on the job). I told him of my previous conversation with Marlene and my expectations. His response was that due to the weather that they wouldn't be able to come for another week! What? I have ants crawling all over my kitchen counter! I called them a week ago! I had expected, at the very least, to have heard from someone and be on the schedule by then! But to wait another week? No way! I let him know that I was disappointed especially after reading such good things and that I was going to call somebody else. Then suddenly he said that they would send Bobby over the next day (5/4) at noon to take care of the inside. On Wed I arrived home around 11:30 and... there was Bobby... waiting for me (30 minutes early!). He came in and took care to strategically place 2 different 'environmentally safe' poisons for the ants to feast on and was on his way. He told me to expect a call to schedule the outside. On 5/9 or 5/10 I got a voice mail from Steve, which I returned the following day. He inquired about my availability during the remainder of the week, I obliged and was told that he'd give me a call the day before they would come out. I am still waiting for that call (it is now 9:30pm 5/12). On top of it all, I got a bill in the mail yesterday for the work done on 5/4. It included a Broadcast Treatment (exterior) & Inside Service Single Treatment for $200. What exterior treatment? Was it scheduled and I not notified? Will it be scheduled and when? And what about the 'Summer Special' I told Marlene I wanted to hire them for? Ugh. Not the best experience... at all! Not even good. I intend to call them tomorrow but am going ahead and posting this too.

We've used A-Plus for many years now! For some reason unbeknownst to me, we decided to try another company. Why did we do that?! Nonetheless, we've returned to A-Plus once again, and there's no turning back! They use safe, organic products and are perfect for both residences and businesses!
