I was a little apprehensive to go to a pawn shop to get rid of some jewelry I decided to get rid of while doing some spring cleaning. I had never used a pawn shop before, and was a little unsure but they walked me through the process, and I felt really comfortable doing business with A&B. I was surprised at the value they gave me, cash on the spot. He was really honest on some of the pieces I brought in that weren't much value and I would be better off selling those items on my own.
Great experience overall. Trust me, take your old gold jewelry here.

Last fall, I was short some money and I brought a piece of jewelry to A & B jewelry and loan. The business is owned by a husband and wife team and they treat their customers like family. Afrim and Henriet always treat me with the utmost respect and professionalism every time I come into the store. It’s a great Skokie business and the village is very lucky to have them.

First , i'm leaving a review for any place. Super friendly, fair and went above and beyond. Even assisted in fixing and replacing a ring with a lost diamond. Trust worthy. My go to place going forward.

I had a custom pendant made by A&B Jewelry and Loan. A Albanian eagle dog tag pendant. I had an idea of what I wanted and A&B executed it perfectly. The pendant turned out great. I was updated frequently throughout the whole process of the pendant from the design to the final product. You can tell they have alot of experience in custom jewelry. They really do go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied with their purchase. I will be going to them for all my jewelry needs! Thank you A&B!

This was my first time going to a pawn shop, and it was the most personable experience I could have ever imagined. I really appreciate how accommodating they were, and they helped me understand alot about our transaction. The loan amount for my jewelry was more than I expected, and returning to reclaim my belongings was hassle free. I would definitely come back again should the need arise.
